Dear Parents and Students,

親愛(ài)的家長(zhǎng)朋友們、同學(xué)們，

RDF International School went well this week.

瑞得福國(guó)際學(xué)校本周一切順利。

We celebrated the graduation of our senior students.

我們舉辦了2020屆的畢業(yè)典禮，祝賀這些優(yōu)秀的畢業(yè)生們。

To avoid large gatherings, the student government sponsored a wonderful online talent show, with student participants from the various grades performing delightful talents of music and art.

為避免大型人員聚集，學(xué)生會(huì)籌辦了精彩的線上達(dá)人秀，來(lái)自各個(gè)年級(jí)的學(xué)生選手都展現(xiàn)了令人賞心悅目的才藝。

We are also very grateful to Cindy Bao 鮑思逸 and Maggie Xu 徐曼琪who served with excellence as the Student Government President and Vice President this year. They communicated very well with the school administration and Department of Student Life in the many events and activities they coordinated. Thank you!

We are also pleased to announce the 2020-2021 Student Government Elections Results. We also express our gratitude to all students who ran for office. It was a well-run race, with many highly qualified candidates. We applaud your desire to serve your schoolmates.

Class selection for 2020–2021 is underway. The homeroom teachers will send you the relevant information regarding course descriptions and course choices for each grade.

Final exams take place on June 9–11. If possible, please ensure your son or daughter attends school this week to take the exam. Of course, students who cannot return to school for personal reasons can also take the exam in other ways. Remote students should contact their individual teachers for details.

The art of memory is the art of understanding. If you truly understand something, you will be able to remember it. 記憶的藝術(shù)是關(guān)于理解的藝術(shù)。如果你真的理解了某件事情，你就能記住它。

Try explaining in your own words what you want to learn. If you can explain a concept to another person, do it. But if you are alone, even explaining a concept out loud to yourself helps.用你自己的話闡釋你想要學(xué)的是什么。如果你可以向別人解釋清楚一個(gè)概念，那就去行動(dòng);如果你只有一個(gè)人，大聲向自己解釋一個(gè)概念也是有幫助的。

Write a simple chart or diagram to help you organize what you are studying.
