ABOUT MEIZHONG SCHOOL

深圳市美中學(xué)校創(chuàng)辦于2009年，地處龍華區(qū)觀湖街道環(huán)觀南路103號(hào)，是一所經(jīng)深圳市教育局批準(zhǔn)、集小學(xué)、初中、高中和國(guó)際理解教育實(shí)驗(yàn)部于一體的高品質(zhì)、國(guó)際化的K12學(xué)校，學(xué)校占地總面積達(dá)9.8萬(wàn)平方米。

目前學(xué)校提供中小學(xué)國(guó)際化課程，實(shí)行小班化授課。同時(shí)，我們擁有專(zhuān)業(yè)的升學(xué)指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)，為學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)提供全方位的升學(xué)指導(dǎo)和生涯規(guī)劃。自開(kāi)辦以來(lái)，國(guó)際理解教育實(shí)驗(yàn)班的畢業(yè)生全部進(jìn)入美國(guó)Top100及世界知名院校。目前有6000多名來(lái)自大陸、香港、臺(tái)灣、美國(guó)、英國(guó)、俄羅斯、韓國(guó)等國(guó)師生在這里學(xué)習(xí)和工作。

Shenzhen Meizhong School (SZMZS), founded in 2009, is a large private school incorporated by Shenzhen Meizhong Education Group. The school offers instruction to primary, junior high, and high school students through two departments: The Bilingual Department and the Internationalized Department.

The Internationalized Department’s team of highly qualified, certified teachers offer internationalized courses where the small class size does not exceed 30 students. As well, the Department boasts professionally trained college guidance counselors whose efforts have resulted in all graduates being admitted to Top 100 universities in the U.S. or other world-renowned colleges in the English-speaking world. The school’s complete facilities create a broad stage from which students can develop their personalities and realize their talents. The school’s offerings include multi-media and multi-functional classrooms, an activity center, a dance room, an art room, a piano room, a gymnasium, a reading room, state-of-the-art science laboratories, a unique English activity room, a computer room, and a modern voice classroom. This, in addition to the school’s advanced home-school system and network of resources, enables Meizhong School to create excellent conditions for learning to take place in a modern, educationally robust environment. 03.國(guó)際理解教育課程體系

ABOUT INTERNATIONALIZED CURRICULUM

美中國(guó)際化課程分為三個(gè)部分：小學(xué)、初中和高中。小學(xué)、初中階段的課程在開(kāi)齊開(kāi)足中國(guó)義務(wù)教育階段對(duì)應(yīng)年級(jí)核心課程的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)IB國(guó)際教育的理念和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，加設(shè)了外教的語(yǔ)言課程和素養(yǎng)核心課程;高中階段采用國(guó)內(nèi)的必修高中課程體系和托福課程學(xué)習(xí)以及開(kāi)設(shè)香港高考(DSE)課程體系的香港班。各學(xué)段強(qiáng)化英語(yǔ)教學(xué)，使用政府批準(zhǔn)的境外教材來(lái)加強(qiáng)沉浸式的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)，提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)水平。

The Internationalized Department offers high levels of instruction to primary, junior high and high school students. The curriculum for students in the primary (1-6) and junior high school grades (7-9) is based on China’s mandated Core Curriculum for grades 1 through 9 pursuant to China’s compulsory education laws. A team of Foreign Teachers enhances this curriculum with English language arts instruction that incorporates International Baccalaureate (IB) concepts and standards. The high school curriculum, which serves students in grades 10-12, uses English-language, government-approved textbooks that are published abroad. Finally, students in the high school receive excellent TOEFL instruction and have the option of attending the high school’s Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (DSE) program.

MANAGEMENT AND TEACHING TEAM OF INTERNATIONALIZED CLASSES

學(xué)校聘請(qǐng)了中國(guó)籍校長(zhǎng)，香港籍校長(zhǎng)以及外國(guó)籍校長(zhǎng)三方共同負(fù)責(zé)和管理國(guó)際理解教育實(shí)驗(yàn)部的教育教學(xué)工作，他們都是國(guó)外留學(xué)回來(lái)，在國(guó)內(nèi)外從事教育教學(xué)工作和管理20多年，具有豐富的教育、教學(xué)和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。同時(shí)，我們高薪聘請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀教師，所有教師具備本科以上學(xué)歷，擁有教師資格證，英語(yǔ)水平較高，大部分老師都有碩士學(xué)歷以及海外留學(xué)和工作的背景，對(duì)國(guó)際化教育有一定的認(rèn)識(shí)。

The Internationalized Department is managed by an experienced and diverse team of principals who collectively have over sixty years of experience in the field of education—be it management, teaching, or more. They hail from Hong Kong, other parts of China, and overseas. At the same time, the Department only employs teachers of the highest caliber; all of whom are certified to teach and have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. Most of the Local Teachers have studied abroad and have a Master’s degree. The Foreign Teachers are an equally impressive group.

ABOUT ADMISSION

一、招生范圍

Enrollment Scope

大陸及港、澳、臺(tái)地區(qū)學(xué)生、外國(guó)籍學(xué)生均可。

Students from Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and abroad.

二、招生對(duì)象

Applicants

招收1至12年級(jí)的學(xué)生。

Grade1 to Grade 12 students.

三、錄取條件

Admission Requirements

(1) 小學(xué)一年級(jí)：2014年8月31日之前出生，身體健康，智力正常。

The first graders: Born before 31 August, 2014;Healthy; Normal IQ.

(2) 小學(xué)二年級(jí)至十二年級(jí)：身體健康，智力正常。

The second to twelfth Graders: Healthy ;Normal IQ.

(3) 普通班的小一和初一Grade 1 and Grade 7 of national classes：符合條件的學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)需要通過(guò)龍華區(qū)教育局招生平臺(tái)網(wǎng)上申請(qǐng)報(bào)名，由教育局統(tǒng)一分配學(xué)位。當(dāng)教育局分配學(xué)位后，學(xué)校仍有學(xué)位空余的情況下，才可以自主招生。

Apply for admission through Longhua Education Bureau’s website. Students cannot be enrolled in school until all vacancies following the government’s allocation have spots.

(4) 國(guó)際理解教育實(shí)驗(yàn)班和普通班的其他年級(jí)Internationalized Classes and other Grades:由學(xué)校根據(jù)空余的學(xué)位數(shù)量自主招生。The school can enroll these students according to the vacancies of the school place.

(5) 普通班高一Grade 10 of National Class：是由市教育局招生系統(tǒng)根據(jù)中考成績(jī)和填報(bào)志愿統(tǒng)一劃線(xiàn)錄取。Be enrolled by Shenzhen Education Bureau according to the student’s result of the entrance exams of high school.

（6)班額/Class Size：A. 國(guó)際理解教育實(shí)驗(yàn)班每班不超過(guò)30人 /Not more than 30 students of each internationalized class。B. 普通班每班不超過(guò)50人/Not more than 50 students of each national class。
