很高興向大家做以匯報(bào)，在過(guò)去的9天中，深圳報(bào)告的新冠肺炎確診病例已經(jīng)非常低。 這表明一旦判斷可以安全返校，學(xué)?？赡苤匦麻_(kāi)放。 訊得達(dá)及其全體員工將學(xué)生、員工及其家人的安全視為我們工作的重中之重。

【境內(nèi)病例】：新增1例湖北返深確診病例，出院1例，累計(jì)報(bào)告境內(nèi)病例418例。

【境外輸入】：當(dāng)日無(wú)新增病例，累計(jì)報(bào)告境外輸入病例33例。

【無(wú)癥狀感染者】：新增1例湖北返深無(wú)癥狀感染者。全市尚在醫(yī)學(xué)觀察的無(wú)癥狀感染者15例，其中境外輸入9例。

累計(jì)報(bào)告確診病例中，男性221例、女性230例。

目前，死亡3例，累計(jì)出院417例。31例確診病例均在深圳市第三人民醫(yī)院隔離治療。

411名密切接觸者正在接受醫(yī)學(xué)觀察。

Dear Sendelta families and friends,

I am very happy to report, the reported cases of COVID-19 in Shenzhen have been very low in the last 9 days. This is a sign that schools may begin to open once it is deemed safe to return to school. Sendelta and all of its staff regard the safety of our students, staff and their families as our top priority.

【Domestic cases】1 new domestic case was confirmed on March 31. The patient returned to Shenzhen from Hubei Province. The number of domestic cases confirmed in the city has increased to 418. One more domestic patient was discharged from the hospital the same day.

【Imported cases】No new imported case was confirmed on March 31. The number of imported cases confirmed in the city remains 33.

【Asymptomatic cases】1 asymptomatic case was reported on March 31. The patient returned to Shenzhen from Hubei Province. Currently, 15 asymptomatic cases are under medical observation, among which 9 are from outside the Chinese mainland.

Of the confirmed cases, 221 are male and 230 are female.

So far, 417 patients have been discharged from hospital, and 3 deaths have been reported.

All 31 patients are being treated at Shenzhen No. 3 People’s Hospital. 411 persons in close contact with the patients are under medical observation.

深圳市防疫指揮辦公室發(fā)布了一項(xiàng)通知，允許除避難所和療養(yǎng)院等場(chǎng)所外的大多數(shù)公共場(chǎng)所從周日開(kāi)始重新開(kāi)放，為全面恢復(fù)工作做準(zhǔn)備。在重返工作后的14天內(nèi)沒(méi)有前往高危和中危城市的旅行記錄的員工無(wú)需進(jìn)行工作前隔離。

根據(jù)通知，深圳的病毒預(yù)防和控制工作重心已轉(zhuǎn)移到深圳的境外輸入病例。

根據(jù)新的反流行病政策，所有前往深圳的旅客都必須在入境口岸進(jìn)行核酸檢測(cè)，并自費(fèi)進(jìn)行14天集體隔離。

該通知規(guī)定，應(yīng)在整個(gè)城市的所有住宅區(qū)(包括城市村莊)開(kāi)設(shè)更多入口。

此外，訊得達(dá)國(guó)際書(shū)院也在采取預(yù)防措施，為我們的校園重新開(kāi)放做準(zhǔn)備。深圳市教育局和市衛(wèi)生委員會(huì)周三聯(lián)合發(fā)布通知，要求學(xué)校在重新開(kāi)放校園之前采取預(yù)防措施，以確保安全并事先收集師生健康信息。

通知稱(chēng)，學(xué)?？梢栽试S在過(guò)去14天內(nèi)未到過(guò)新冠肺炎嚴(yán)重影響的地方且身體健康的教職員工返回。

在重新向?qū)W生開(kāi)放之前，學(xué)校的疫情防控措施應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足教育局制定的所有預(yù)防要求。相關(guān)部門(mén)將負(fù)責(zé)檢查每所學(xué)校。

返校后，學(xué)校將實(shí)行封閉管理，并進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的健康檢查。不允許進(jìn)行活動(dòng)和社交活動(dòng)。

The city’s anti-epidemic command office issued a notice that allows most public venues, except for places like shelters and nursing homes, to reopen for business starting Sunday, paving the way for the full resumption of work in the city. Employees who have no travel history to high- and medium-risk cities within 14 days of returning to work are not subject to pre-job isolation.

According to the notice, the focus of the city’s virus prevention and control efforts has been shifted to imported cases in Shenzhen.

Under the new anti-epidemic policies, all travelers to Shenzhen are required to have a nucleic acid test at the port of their entry and undergo a 14-day collective quarantine at their own expense.

The notice stipulates that more entrances should be opened at all residential compounds, including urban villages, across the city.

Also, Sendelta is putting in place preventive measures in preparation for the reopening of our campuses. The Shenzhen Municipal Education Bureau and Municipal Health Commission jointly released a notice Wednesday requiring schools to put preventative measures in place before reopening campuses to ensure safety and to collect teacher and student health information beforehand.

The notice urged schools to roll out back-to-school plans before the provincial authority confirmed an official restart date. Students of grades 9 and 12 are expected to make the return to school first.

Schools can permit faculties and students who have not visited a place hard-hit by COVID-19 over the past 14 days and who are in good health to return, according to the notice.

Schools should meet all preventative requirements set up by the authority before reopening to students. Relevant departments will be tasked with inspecting each school.

After opening, schools will enact closed management and carry out strict health checks. Events and social activities are not allowed.
