這是我們在SIPC這學(xué)年的第五周啦！ This was our fifth week back at SIPC of this academic year!
SIPC CHINESE
上一周，我們迎來了本學(xué)年的第一個節(jié)日——中秋節(jié)，并以此在中文課展開了中秋主題課程的學(xué)習(xí)。通過游戲的方式，我們一起尋找中秋節(jié)的起源，了解中秋節(jié)各地不同的習(xí)俗，探秘月餅的種類，讀一讀嫦娥奔月的神話故事，學(xué)習(xí)與月亮有關(guān)的詩詞歌賦，并制作了月餅和主題海報。在玩中學(xué)習(xí)中文，在學(xué)習(xí)中文中了解中華文化，真是一件很棒的事情呢。
Last week, we ushered in the first festival of the school year- the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the Mid-Autumn theme course was started in the Chinese class. Through all kinds of games, we looked for the origin of the Mid-Autumn Festival, studied the different customs of the Mid-Autumn Festival, explored the types of moon cakes, read the myths of the moon, learned the poetry songs related to the moon, and made moon cakes and theme poster. It was such a great thing to learn Chinese by playing games and learn about Chinese culture in learning Chinese.
G2-G3的孩子們在朗誦三字經(jīng)的基礎(chǔ)上，又一起學(xué)習(xí)了三個國學(xué)故事——孟母三遷、傷仲永和鑿壁偷光。我們以小組的形式一起探討了怎么樣可以又快又好的記住漢字。
G4-G5的孩子們學(xué)習(xí)了課文《中秋之夜》和課外延伸閱讀《中秋節(jié)的習(xí)俗》，并朗誦蘇軾的《水調(diào)歌頭》。
The children of KG-G1 obtained the material of moon cake by reading the initials and the finals, and formed the paper moon cake by completing the spelling task. The king of the Pinyin Kingdom gave the crown to the student who did the best in reading Pinyin. On the basis of recitation of the Three-character Scriptures.
The children of G2-G3 learned three Chinese stories together—Mencius' mother moves three times, Pray for Zhongyong and Cutting the Wall to Steal Light. We discussed together in groups about how to remember Chinese characters quickly and well.
The children of G4-G5 studied the text "Mid-Autumn Night" and extended reading "The Customs of Mid-Autumn Festival", and recited "Water Melody" of Su Shi.
本周，我們在課堂上一起討論——書為什么是我們的好朋友。老師首先通過對不同種類書籍的導(dǎo)讀，讓孩子們了解到，我們可以通過書看到更廣闊的世界、看到世界各地的風(fēng)土人情和中華瑰麗的五千年。接著，老師將帶著孩子們?nèi)D書館尋找他們喜歡的圖書，培養(yǎng)孩子們熱愛閱讀的好習(xí)慣。
KG-G1的孩子們在學(xué)習(xí)生母和韻母的基礎(chǔ)上又認(rèn)識了新的朋友——整體認(rèn)讀音節(jié)。幫動物朋友找到他們的名片(認(rèn)字)，一起讀了掩耳盜鈴和黔驢技窮的成語故事，并把它表演出出來。
G2-G3的孩子們學(xué)習(xí)了課文《在中文學(xué)?！?，在此基礎(chǔ)上完成擴充句子和看圖寫話的練習(xí)。在老師的幫助下，小朋友們一起制定了班級閱讀計劃。
G4-G5的孩子們在閱讀周內(nèi)完成了長篇閱讀訓(xùn)練《無私奉獻的報償》，學(xué)習(xí)了如何概述文章內(nèi)容、如何分析環(huán)境描寫的作用、如何賞析詞語的表達效果以及怎樣分析人物形象。并根據(jù)老師的推薦書目，制定自己的閱讀計劃表。
This week, we discussed together in class why books are our goodfriend. Through the introduction of different kinds of books, the teacher firstlet the children know that we can see a wider world through books, know thecustoms of different places in the world and the magnificent five thousandyears culture of China. Then the teacher took take students to the library tofind the books they like, and cultivate students to love reading.
The children of KG-G1 learned the overall syllables on the basisof learning the mother and the finals, helped their animal friends find theirbusiness cards (literacy), and read the idiom story of Plugging One's EarsWhile Stealing a Bell and At One's Wits end and performed these two stories.
The children of G2-G3 studied the text "In ChineseSchool", and on this basis, they completed the practice of expandingsentences and reading pictures. The children worked together to develop a classreading plan with the help of the teacher.
The children of G4-G5 completed the long reading training “Compensation of Selfless Dedication” duringthe reading week, and learned how to summarize the content of an article, howto analyze the role of environmental description, how to appreciate the expression of words and how to analyze the characters. And based on the bibliography recommended by teachers, they developed their own reading schedule.
在本周五的中國文華月主題讀書報告會上，KG-G5的孩子們將以演出的方式展現(xiàn)出他們喜歡的詩詞。你瞧，他們正在緊鑼密鼓的排演著，要把他們最好的演出呈現(xiàn)出來。
看啊，孩子們在舞臺上的表演真棒!這是孩子們的詩詞表演《鵝鵝鵝》《登鸛雀樓》《水調(diào)歌頭 · 明月幾時有》。愛上中華文化，為孩子們喝彩!
At this Friday's Chinese Culture Month Theme Reading Conference, the children of KG-G5will perform their favorite poems. Look, they are in the midst of rehearsal to show their best performances. Look! This is their wonderful performance on thestage on Friday. We love Chinese culture!
