1Dear Sendelta’ s families and friends,
Last week marked the beginning of the 2019-2020 academic year. This year the school has begun the process of rethinking how we communicate with parents and students. We believe that the community is a valuable part of a successful school. With this goal in mind, we have implemented new policies and procedures that will keep the community informed of the inner workings of Sendelta.

親愛的家長們、朋友們，

When school begins, take the time to engage in the school.? Meet the teachers and the school leaders.? Our teachers today are committed to making a difference.?They want to have an impact and have probably spent much of their summer doing professional development and thinking of ways to make this a great school year.? Enjoy the chance to know them as well.?

Great schools always build strong relationships between the community and the school. We are finding ways to engage students in school life.? By joining a parent committee, attending the coffees, and coming to watch the performances.?You are making your child’s experience something special that you will all share and benefit from together.? You trust our passionate and dedicated educators and value all that they will be doing for your child.

通常情況下，好的學校與社區(qū)的關系非常牢固，而我們也正在尋求更多方式讓學生參與到校園生活中。而家長通過加入學校的家委會、在校園的西餐廳喝杯咖啡或者來學校觀看校園的節(jié)目表演。是您為孩子提供了這特別的經(jīng)歷，你們可以一起分享其不一樣的經(jīng)歷，并從中受益。您相信我們這些充滿熱情和敬業(yè)的教育工作者，您也重視他們?yōu)槟暮⒆铀龅囊磺小?br />

During the next academic year, you will most likely see the term “Office 365” often used. Office 365 is an online system developed by Microsoft to support schools. We are implementing O365 in the school to better serve the students and parents. Firstly it will change how we collect information from students and parents. Email communication will be used more as we become more familiar with the new system.

In the future, QR codes will be sent to parents to collect information or gather feedback. For example: This QR is used for parents to give suggestions and feedback to the school. The feedback submitted will be sent directly to the principal and vice-principal of the school. All emails concerning your feedback will also be sent to the email address of the person who filled in the survey. I look forward to the suggestions from parents.


下一學年，你將經(jīng)?？吹健監(jiān)ffice 365”的試用。它是由微軟開發(fā)的一款用于學校管理工作的在線系統(tǒng)。書院將使用“O365”系統(tǒng)來更好地服務學生與家長。首先，這將改變我們收集家長和學生反饋信息的方式。隨著我們越來越熟悉這個新系統(tǒng)，將更多地使用電子郵件進行溝通。

以后家長可以通過掃描二維碼，便可以發(fā)送信息和反饋給學校。下方的二維碼就是用于家長向學校反饋意見與建議的。家長提交反饋后，學校校長與副校長會直接收到郵件。所有與該反饋相關的電子郵件也會發(fā)送到問卷填寫人的郵箱。 期待收到家長們?yōu)槲覀兲岢龅慕ㄗh！

We have made great progress in developing facilities and a safe learning environment for your children. With the new international Café, convenience store, and canteen changes we are providing ways for our students to relax and be more comfortable. Also, each department will be submitting weekly letters in order to inform parents of events and changes that are ongoing within the school. We will be doing our very best to open the school to our parents and our families.
另外，書院更進一步加強了校園基礎設施改善，為學生們提供安全舒適的學習環(huán)境。隨著校園西餐廳、便利店和中餐廳的翻新改變，學生們可以享受更加放松、舒適的校園生活。學校的各部門每周將會以書信的方式告知家長們校園發(fā)生的事項與變化。我們將最大程度開放校園，讓我們的家長與各個家庭更深入了解訊得達國際書院。
