【深圳藝校福田泰然學(xué)校國際日】當(dāng)美食與文化相遇

這樣的項目學(xué)習(xí)，貫穿于我們的學(xué)期教學(xué)中，在各個年級都有實施。PBL教學(xué)對于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的探究力、學(xué)習(xí)力、思維力以及交流合作能力都是非常有益的。

6月12日，國際部中學(xué)師生舉辦了一場國際日活動，這同時也是一個PBL項目教學(xué)。孩子們探索和了解了不同國家的風(fēng)俗文化，并設(shè)計了相關(guān)海報來展示某一個國家的風(fēng)土人情。

On June 12th, an international day activity run by middle school students and teachers, it's also a project based learning program. students explored many diffrent countries from their customs and cultures. and then created posters for the country which he/she would love to present.

1.泰然師生“擺地攤”

活動當(dāng)天，孩子們還帶來了自己制作這個國家的美食，擺在自己的展臺前，向觀眾展示和介紹。這樣基于項目的教學(xué)活動，鍛煉學(xué)生的信息整合能力，思考分析能力，以及多元文化理能力。

On the day of the activity, the students also brought delicious food made by their own for country presented. Such PBL teaching activities praticed students' ability of information integration, thinking and analysis skills, as well as the ability of multi-cultural understanding.

2.美食分享會

一些孩子盛裝出席，穿著所展示國家的服裝，鄭重其事地跟同學(xué)老師們介紹：韓國的泡菜、德國的烤腸、瑞士的巧克力、日本的壽司、墨西哥的蔬菜沙拉卷、蘇格蘭、新西蘭、新加坡、加拿大、意大利等特色美食，五顏六色，讓人垂涎欲滴，整個教室儼然成了聯(lián)合國美食展。

Some students dressed up to present his/her countries, solemnly introduced to the students and teachers: kimchi from South Korea, sausage from Germany, chocolate from Switzerland, sushi from Japan, Tacosfrom Mexico, special delicacies from Scotland, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada, Italy, etc., which were colorful and coveted. The whole classroom seemed to be a joint United Nations Food Exhibition.

3.暢談各國文化

這樣的項目學(xué)習(xí)，貫穿于我們的學(xué)期教學(xué)中，在各個年級都有實施。PBL教學(xué)對于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的探究力、學(xué)習(xí)力、思維力以及交流合作能力都是非常有益的。我校會持續(xù)開展類似的豐富有意義的教學(xué)活動，培養(yǎng)孩子具有世界眼光、中西文化基礎(chǔ)，素質(zhì)全面、人格健全的未來人才。

This kind of project based learning runs through our whole year teaching and is implemented in all grades. PBL teaching is very useful for developing students' ability of inquiry, learning, thinking and collaboration and communication. Our school will continue to carry out such interesting and meaningful activities, do our best to let our children become awell-rounded global citizen, with the foundation of Chinese and Westerncultural knowledge, and well rounded global talent of the future!
