什么是雙語教育

我們?nèi)诤现袊鴩艺n程與國際先進(jìn)的學(xué)習(xí)方法,結(jié)合創(chuàng)新課程與各種課外活動,通過沉浸式的雙語學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境教授學(xué)生。除了英語和中文能力,我們還注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造力、批判性思維、解決問題以及國際化思維的能力,讓他們擁有全球公民的必備技能。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),雙語教育不僅能培養(yǎng)孩子的語言能力,更能對大腦產(chǎn)生更深層次的影響,提高了他們的學(xué)習(xí)能力,并幫助拓展他們未來的職業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)會。此外,實踐還表明,雙語學(xué)習(xí)能夠增強孩子記憶力,促進(jìn)心理健康,并且改善心智管理能力。

Our outstanding teachers utilise a collaborative approach across every aspect of curriculum delivery. Lessons are designed around Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL), a research-based approach which is proven to enhance the mother tongue and the second language whilst building subject knowledge. It means that our students are immersed in both languages throughout the school day, so they learn subject knowledge and vocabulary and also develop their understanding of how to use it in the right context. Teachers also identify thematic links across their specialist subjects, grounding them in real-world issues to help students develop a deep understanding of concepts and broad perspective of their everyday applications.

深圳諾德安達(dá)學(xué)校于去年9月開始正式開學(xué),目前還沒有畢業(yè)生的成績,但是今年六月,作為深圳諾德安達(dá)雙語學(xué)校的姐妹學(xué)校,上海閔行區(qū)諾德安達(dá)雙語學(xué)校將迎來第二屆畢業(yè)生。

繼去年50%的畢業(yè)生進(jìn)入全球排名前50的大學(xué)之后,今年的十二年級準(zhǔn)畢業(yè)生成績更為優(yōu)異,陸續(xù)收到綜合實力優(yōu)異的綜合型大學(xué)和世界頂尖的藝術(shù)專業(yè)高校的offer。

其中包括:美國的紐約大學(xué),英國的圣安德魯斯大學(xué),愛丁堡大學(xué)及倫敦藝術(shù)大學(xué)等;專業(yè)橫跨計算機(jī)科學(xué)、商學(xué)、傳媒、插畫、藝術(shù)設(shè)計等。

NAS Shenzhen opened on last year September 2nd,so There are no graduate grades yet.But NACIS Shanghai, the first Nord Anglia bilingual school in China, will have its second graduates this June.

Receiving impressive outcomes last year when 50% of our graduates received offers to Top 50 universities, NACIS is expecting even better results this year. Many students already received offers from world’s top comprehensive universities and world’s best art schools.

This includes New York university in the US, the University of st Andrews in the UK, the University of Edinburgh and the University of Arts in London, covering the majors of computer science, business, media, illustration, art design, etc.

研究表明,用雙語學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)生具備更強的分析和邏輯能力,并且對其他文化有更深層次的理解。諾德安達(dá)的雙語教學(xué)不僅僅在于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的中英文語言能力,深圳諾德安達(dá)學(xué)校獨特的雙語課程,以中國國家課程為核心,通過中外籍教師合作備課、合作教學(xué)的模式,將語言直接融入到學(xué)科教學(xué)中。老師們在整個教學(xué)過程中進(jìn)行充分地交流與準(zhǔn)備,并通過每一個教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的合作教學(xué),結(jié)合學(xué)生反饋,及時調(diào)整教學(xué)方案,在教授學(xué)科知識的同時,開發(fā)孩子大腦,培養(yǎng)孩子的獨立思考和分析能力。

同時,我們的主題式教學(xué)方法能夠把中國國家課程與世界先進(jìn)的教育理念相結(jié)合。通過整合同一主題的課程,讓學(xué)生懂得如何全面地把這些思想運用到學(xué)習(xí)之中,學(xué)生們不僅知其然,還知其所以然。

Research shows students who learn in two languages are able to develop stronger analytical and thinking skills, as well as greater awareness and understanding of other cultures. Nord Anglia’s bilingual curriculum not only cultivates students' English and Chinese language skills, but provides students with a well-rounded educational experience. Our unique bilingual curriculum at Nord Anglia School Shenzhen uses the Chinese National Curriculum at its core. This is supplemented by an international pedagogical approach which requires both our national and international teachers to work closely as a team to identify the links across their specialist subjects. Teachers share and collaborate throughout the whole process of curriculum delivery and development.

Our thematic approach to the curriculum enables us to make links between the learning outcomes of the Chinese National Curriculum and world-class pedagogy. By integrating a consistent theme for all of the lessons, students are able to see how ideas can be applied holistically to their learning.
