上周我們召開(kāi)了多場(chǎng)線(xiàn)上家長(zhǎng)會(huì)與不同學(xué)段的家長(zhǎng)溝通交流，看到家長(zhǎng)們能夠積極參與線(xiàn)上互動(dòng)我們都非常開(kāi)心。

01.On Friday 24 April, Ms Packman Chaired a meeting with the PTA Commitee and Pre School Class Parent Reps. They shared information, updates and tuition fee refund processes and options, gathering feedback and ideas from these valued parents who act as a communication bridge for our school. Thanks to their great input at this Umeet session, we yesterday shared the related information, with suggested additions and clarifications from our Parent Reps, to all Pre School parents for their information and responses. We are deeply thankful to all those parents who are supporting and making contributions to our school.

4月24日星期五，校長(zhǎng)安娜帕克曼女士主持召開(kāi)了線(xiàn)上家長(zhǎng)會(huì)，家委會(huì)主席團(tuán)代表及幼兒園班級(jí)家長(zhǎng)均受邀出席。家長(zhǎng)代表們作為家校溝通的重要橋梁，在聽(tīng)取校長(zhǎng)就學(xué)校情況、學(xué)費(fèi)退費(fèi)流程及方案匯報(bào)后紛紛舉手示意，發(fā)表意見(jiàn)和建議。在此，感謝家長(zhǎng)們通過(guò)Umeet提出疑問(wèn)，學(xué)校已經(jīng)就家長(zhǎng)分享會(huì)上提到的有關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析并補(bǔ)充更正家長(zhǎng)信中有關(guān)內(nèi)容，昨天我校已經(jīng)將修訂后的家長(zhǎng)信分享給幼兒園全體家長(zhǎng)。在此，對(duì)所有支持并愿意貢獻(xiàn)力量資助學(xué)校的家長(zhǎng)致以最誠(chéng)摯地感謝!

02.On Saturday 25 April at 10am, Dr Wall hosted a Reopening Meeting with Prep Senior parents in a 100-strong Umeet room and Ms Packman repeated the process at 2pm with Prep Junior parents. This was an opportunity to share our Reopening plans related to safety, logistics, health checks, teaching and learning, staffing and rooming, mealtimes and playtimes with our parents. After sharing our plans via PPT, Ms Packman and Dr Wall welcomed questions from parents who asked about a range of matters including distance learning integration, uniform requirements and emergency response plans. Thank you very much to those parents who joined these sessions and made constructive contributions.

4月25日星期六上午十點(diǎn)，沃爾博士主持了小學(xué)高段返校復(fù)課線(xiàn)上信息分享會(huì)，下午兩點(diǎn)帕克曼女士主持召開(kāi)了小學(xué)低段的線(xiàn)上分享會(huì)。我們就返校復(fù)課計(jì)劃中的安全防護(hù)、日常作息、健康檢查、教學(xué)、師資及課室安排、課間及用餐等有關(guān)內(nèi)容一一進(jìn)行了講解。PPT宣講結(jié)束后，校長(zhǎng)帕克曼女士及沃爾博士也接受了家長(zhǎng)提問(wèn)并就融合遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)及線(xiàn)下學(xué)習(xí)、校服規(guī)定、應(yīng)急處理預(yù)案等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行線(xiàn)上答疑。非常感謝所有參與了會(huì)議的家長(zhǎng)為完善學(xué)校返校復(fù)課計(jì)劃積極地獻(xiàn)計(jì)獻(xiàn)策。

We even had some parents who, due to having children in different parts of the school, attended 2 or even all 3 of these meetings. What dedication!

我們注意到有部分家長(zhǎng)因有多子女在我校就讀參加了2場(chǎng)甚至3場(chǎng)家長(zhǎng)會(huì)，毅力非凡!

The minutes of our meetings are available to share with any parents who would like them; class teachers or tutors can help to distribute to you as needed.
