歐倫公學(xué)它強(qiáng)調(diào)教育范疇是整體性的和全面性的，同時(shí)考慮受教育者的發(fā)展學(xué)習(xí)需要與順序，這樣培養(yǎng)出來(lái)的學(xué)習(xí)者才能在心智和體魄等方面得到健全均衡的發(fā)展。換句話說(shuō)，就是要讓學(xué)習(xí)者不僅學(xué)到各種知識(shí)，還要培養(yǎng)各種才能和素養(yǎng)，更要接受道德與正確的生命價(jià)值觀念，并且啟發(fā)他們學(xué)以致用，幫助具備相關(guān)知識(shí)，幫助學(xué)生發(fā)展其求知求真所需的批判性思維能力，以迎接現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)的種種考驗(yàn)，更重要的是擁有追求“真，善，美”的人生目標(biāo)，在這樣的基礎(chǔ)上，將來(lái)他們就會(huì)懂得如何走正確的路，做正確的事，如何面對(duì)生活中的危機(jī)并轉(zhuǎn)成正面的機(jī)會(huì)，成為一個(gè)堂堂正正的優(yōu)秀學(xué)子，愿意服務(wù)大眾，貢獻(xiàn)社會(huì)，報(bào)效祖國(guó)。

EUC’s new holistic education emphasizes that education is holistic and comprehensive. We consider a learner’s needs in their development both academically and socially. We challenge students in body, mind and spirit. We value academic and scientific learning as well as having our students grow into young people and adults with positive values around the way they live their current and future lives. We inspire students to put what they learn into practice and equip them with relevant knowledge and tools for the 21st century. We help students develop the critical thinking skills they need and will need in seeking knowledge and truth in order to meet the challenges of the real world. Additionally, we encourage students to develop and set their life goals that pursue “truth, goodness and beauty”. Through this, students will know how to walk on the right path, and do the right thing. They will be equipped with how to face a crisis in their life and turn their challenges into positive opportunities. Students will become decent people, willing to serve the public and contribute to society.

美國(guó)心理學(xué)家卡爾.羅杰斯Carl Rogers提出，全人教育即以促進(jìn)學(xué)生認(rèn)知素質(zhì)、情意素質(zhì)全面發(fā)展和自我實(shí)現(xiàn)為教學(xué)目標(biāo)的教育。他認(rèn)為，教育的目的不僅是教學(xué)生知識(shí)或謀生的技能，更重要的是針對(duì)學(xué)生的情意需求，使其在認(rèn)知、情感、意志等方面均衡發(fā)展，培養(yǎng)健全人格。

Carl Rogers, an American psychologist, puts forward that the goal of all-round education is to promote students' cognitive quality, emotional quality and self-realization. In his opinion, the purpose of education is not only to teach students knowledge or skills to earn a living, but also to develop them in terms of cognition, emotion, perseverance and other aspects, so as to cultivate a perfect personality.

歐倫公學(xué)的“新全人教育”思想，涵蓋我們自己的辦學(xué)特色及培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)，培養(yǎng)“全新、全能、全才”三全人才，是對(duì)新時(shí)期培養(yǎng)人才的要求。歐倫公學(xué)大膽創(chuàng)新，以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生具有中國(guó)情懷和國(guó)際視野的世界公民為宗旨，培育學(xué)生具備創(chuàng)新能力、創(chuàng)造能力、數(shù)理素養(yǎng)等多種技能，彰顯學(xué)生個(gè)性化和興趣。

The idea of "the new holistic education" of EUC contains our own characteristics and objectives. "Brand new, all-around and all-round" is the requirement for talent training in the new era. EUC is based on innovation, whose aim is to train students to be citizens of the world with Chinese feelings and international vision. Furthermore, it cultivates students with innovation ability, creativity, MP literacy and so on, showing their personalized characteristics and interest.

歐倫公學(xué)的“新全人教育”的目標(biāo)強(qiáng)調(diào)知識(shí)體系的全面性和基礎(chǔ)性,突出能力培養(yǎng),尤其是表達(dá)與交流等能力，強(qiáng)調(diào)人文素養(yǎng)和創(chuàng)新精神的培養(yǎng)。EUC提出“新全人教育”的目的不應(yīng)該是成功，而是成全，讓每個(gè)孩子成為最好的自己。EUC的使命就是成全孩子，做他們生命中的“貴人”。

Our goal of "the new holistic education" emphasizes the comprehensiveness and foundation of knowledge system, the cultivation of ability, especially the abilities of expression and communication, and the cultivation of humanistic quality and innovative spirit. The purpose of "the new holistic education" is not to succeed, but to make everyone the best of himself. The mission of EUC is to fulfill their desires and become the "noble " in their lives.

EUC follows the concept of "the new holistic education" and pays attention to the training of excellent academic and teaching staff. At present, a group of excellent teachers from famous international schools in China have joined in EUC community. We are determined to become a unique college in GPA.
