義務(wù)教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校建設(shè)， 是規(guī)范學(xué)校辦學(xué)行為， 推進(jìn)義務(wù)教育均衡優(yōu)質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化 發(fā)展的重要舉措。 The establishment of standardised school for compulsory education is an important measure to regulate school-running and to promote the balanced quality of standardised development in compulsory education.

12月12日上午，廣東省義務(wù)教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校深圳市評(píng)估組蒞臨萬(wàn)科雙語(yǔ)學(xué)校進(jìn)行評(píng)估，對(duì)學(xué)校辦學(xué)情況進(jìn)行了全面、細(xì)致的深入把脈，并現(xiàn)場(chǎng)宣布萬(wàn)科雙語(yǔ)學(xué)校順利通過(guò)廣東省義務(wù)教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校市級(jí)評(píng)估。

Shenzhen Evaluation group for standardised schools in Guangdong Compulsory Education arrived at VBS on 12th December for a full review and announced VBS had passed the evaluation of standardised schools in Guangdong Compulsory Education at the municipal level.

本次評(píng)估分為兩個(gè)階段進(jìn)行。參照《廣東省義務(wù)教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校督導(dǎo)評(píng)估實(shí)施辦法》，結(jié)合《廣東省義務(wù)教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校督導(dǎo)評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)定細(xì)則》，11月26日，由龍華區(qū)教育督導(dǎo)室統(tǒng)籌組織的評(píng)估組來(lái)到萬(wàn)科雙語(yǔ)學(xué)校進(jìn)行廣東省義務(wù)教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化學(xué)校區(qū)級(jí)評(píng)估，對(duì)學(xué)校標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化辦學(xué)給予了合理化的建議。

This evaluation was done in two phases. According to 'Measures for evaluating standardised schools in Guangdong Compulsory Education' and 'Evaluative methods for standardised schools in Guangdong Compulsory Education', Evaluation group from Longhua District had already conducted a review for VBS on 26th November at the district level and offered suggestions for further improvement.

12月12日，深圳市評(píng)估組來(lái)到萬(wàn)科雙語(yǔ)學(xué)校進(jìn)行復(fù)評(píng)，督導(dǎo)組專(zhuān)家葉峰主持了評(píng)估會(huì)。楊帆校長(zhǎng)以“積極打造面向未來(lái)的國(guó)際化新型學(xué)校”為題，對(duì)學(xué)校進(jìn)行了全方位的介紹，匯報(bào)了學(xué)校自評(píng)結(jié)果。

Evaluation Group from Shenzhen conducted the second evaluation on 12th December with the expert Mr Ye Feng hosting the evaluation meeting. Principal Yang conducted a comprehensive introduction themed 'Actively building a new future-oriented international school' and reported the self-evaluation results.

評(píng)估組領(lǐng)導(dǎo)通過(guò)查閱學(xué)校資料、實(shí)地考察、聆聽(tīng)匯報(bào)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)交流等多種形式對(duì)學(xué)校進(jìn)行了全方位的深入考察。內(nèi)容包括辦學(xué)條件、學(xué)校管理、教育教學(xué)、辦學(xué)成果、課程設(shè)置等方方面面。

Leaders from the evaluation group examined the school documents, checked the school onsite, listened to presentations and discussions to conduct a full review. These checking included school running conditions and outcomes, school management, teaching, curriculum planning.

反饋會(huì)上，督導(dǎo)組組長(zhǎng)何立君高屋建瓴，對(duì)萬(wàn)科雙語(yǔ)學(xué)校的辦學(xué)理念給予了高度評(píng)價(jià)，稱(chēng)贊楊帆校長(zhǎng)是一位有思想的校長(zhǎng)，辦學(xué)思路清晰，培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)通過(guò)課程來(lái)落實(shí)，中外融合、學(xué)科融合、信息融合做得十分到位，并從頂層設(shè)計(jì)、辦學(xué)細(xì)節(jié)等多方面給出了中肯的建議。

During the feedback meeting, Mr He Lijun, the group leader commended highly on VBS and lauded Principal Yang's far-sightedness. He also gave suggestions for top-level design of the school and details for running the school.

楊帆校長(zhǎng)對(duì)評(píng)估組給予的專(zhuān)業(yè)建議表示衷心的感謝。她表示，萬(wàn)科雙語(yǔ)學(xué)校將在上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)部門(mén)的支持下，嚴(yán)格規(guī)范辦學(xué)，不負(fù)深圳市教育局、龍華區(qū)教育局及梅沙教育的重托，以評(píng)促建，辦一所對(duì)學(xué)生負(fù)責(zé)、對(duì)家長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)、對(duì)社會(huì)盡責(zé)的學(xué)校。

Principal Yang acknowledged the professional advice given by the evaluation group. She stated that VBS would regulate the school running process and be the school responsible for students, parents and society upon the support given by Vanke Meisha Education and Education Bureau in both Longhua District and Shenzhen.

龍華區(qū)人民政府教育督導(dǎo)室主任黃思亮表龍華區(qū)教育局、龍華區(qū)人民政府教育督導(dǎo)室，對(duì)各位專(zhuān)家、督學(xué)百忙之中蒞臨萬(wàn)科雙語(yǔ)學(xué)校開(kāi)展辦學(xué)水平評(píng)估工作表示誠(chéng)摯的歡迎和衷心的感謝，希望學(xué)校以評(píng)估作為新契機(jī)和新起點(diǎn)，再接再厲，再創(chuàng)佳績(jī)，助力龍華教育優(yōu)質(zhì)、均衡發(fā)展。

Mr Huang Siliang, person-in-charge for Education Supervision Office at People's Government of Longhua District thanked the evaluations done by experts on behalf of Longhua Education Bureau and Education Supervision Office. He wished VBS to reach greater heights in terms of education outcomes and assistance in improving the quality of schools in Longhua.

在楊帆校長(zhǎng)的陪同下，黃思亮主任一行參觀了校園，對(duì)學(xué)校優(yōu)美的校園環(huán)境，高端的設(shè)備設(shè)施給予了高度評(píng)價(jià)，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)校創(chuàng)新發(fā)展，成為龍華區(qū)民辦學(xué)校的標(biāo)桿。

Accompanied by Principal Yang, the group led by Mr Huang toured the school. They spoke highly of the school's facilities and encouraged the school to undergo innovative development and become the pilot private school in Longhua.

Since establishment, VBS has followed the national policies and ran the school by the requirements of standardised schools in Guangdong Compulsory Education. The school strives to nurture Chinese citizens with sound personality, academic excellence, international horizons and patriotism and the courage to create a better future which has firm foundations for building a new international school and the standardised school in Guangdong Compulsory Education.
