明天ISNS幼兒園（K4-K5）的家長(zhǎng)將有機(jī)會(huì)深入了解何為以玩為本。Kate Mancrella將會(huì)舉行兩場(chǎng)引人入勝而又不缺少互動(dòng)的研討會(huì)，這將會(huì)讓家長(zhǎng)了解到在孩子成長(zhǎng)和接受教育過(guò)程中怎么陪伴和參與到他們成長(zhǎng)里。

Tomorrow, ISNS early years (K4 & K5) parents have the opportunity to dig deeper into understanding play-based learning. Kate Mancrella will be holding two engaging and interactive sessions that will equip them to partner with their children in their growth and education.

Trainer Info:

Kate Mancarella is an early childhood specialist and consultant. Kate comes from Melbourne, Australia where she started her teaching career as a G1/2 teacher. She graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Primary Education, specializing in Language and Literacy. She also completed her post-graduate studies in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Kate started with Beijing City International School in 2009 as a homeroom teacher and then became the Elementary School PYP Coordinator, helping to implement the curriculum from Nursery to Grade 5, before moving into the role of a Deputy Principal / PYP Coordinator at the Early Childhood Center.

She also works for the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), where she is a workshop facilitator, a consultant for new-to-IB schools, and also evaluates established PYP schools. Kate is currently studying her Master of Early Childhood Education and has enjoyed being able to apply her learning to the development of Early Childhood Programmes around the world. She is a strong believer that young children learn best through a play-based environment where a student's voice and interests are at the center of their learning environment.

Kate Mancarella是早期兒童專家和顧問(wèn)。Kate來(lái)自澳大利亞墨爾本，她也是在那里開(kāi)始了她1/2年級(jí)教學(xué)事業(yè)。她畢業(yè)于墨爾本大學(xué)的小學(xué)教育學(xué)士學(xué)位，專業(yè)是語(yǔ)言和文學(xué)，她還完成對(duì)外英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的研究生課程。Kate 2009年在北京樂(lè)成國(guó)際學(xué)校成為一名班主任，之后還成為了一名小學(xué)PYP協(xié)調(diào)員，在成為副校長(zhǎng)/早教中心的PYP協(xié)調(diào)員前主要促進(jìn)了從幼兒園到5年級(jí)課程的實(shí)施。

她還在在國(guó)際文憑組織給新認(rèn)證的IB學(xué)校當(dāng)過(guò)講座的主講人和顧問(wèn)，評(píng)估建成的小學(xué)。Kate目前在攻讀早期兒童教育的碩士學(xué)位，她享受能把她的學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)用到到世界各地的早期兒童的課程中。她始終堅(jiān)信，一個(gè)以學(xué)生的聲音和興趣為主的環(huán)境，是小孩子最好的以玩為本的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。
