10月31日晚7:00–9:30，學生們穿著節(jié)日服裝、化著節(jié)日的妝容參加了瑞得福國際學校年度萬圣節(jié)慶祝活動。學生們精心設計自己晚上的裝扮，這激發(fā)他們的想象力。個性獨特的妝容和服飾背后，體現(xiàn)出我們出色的同學們極具創(chuàng)意的個性展現(xiàn)。

Dear Families and Employees,

親愛的各位家長、教職工們，

On October 31, from 7:00–9:30 PM, students dressed in costumes and makeup for the annual RDF Halloween festivities. Elaborate designs transformed the students for a night into pretend roles that sparked the imagination, yet behind the makeup and costumery we found the same wonderful students with their kind, distinctive personalities.

The celebration also featured performances by “The Speakers Band” and “KIWI Dance Troupe,” a costume parade, and a casual dance to upbeat pop music on the RDFIS Field. Additionally, many students bravely ventured into the haunted house designed by the Student Government and then emerged minutes later smiling, but with their hearts thumping a little harder. Other students watched Walt Disney’s Coco, which is themed with the importance of family relationships and gratitude for ancestors. Many thanks to the RDFIS Student Government for organizing these fun activities.

Congratulations to the Blue Sharks house for winning the house points competition. An off-campus dinner will be allowed on Tuesday.

Parents are always welcome to cheer on our sports teams at our games. High school basketball games begin November 4 at ISNS. Girls at 4 PM. Boys at 5 PM. We also play November 7 at SCIE. Girls at 4 PM. Boys at 5 PM.

On Sunday, November 10 in the B-Auditorium, a special presentation for boys regarding sexual maturation and relationships will be delivered in two sessions to Grades 7–9 (7:10–8:00 PM) and Grades 10–12 (8:05–9:00 PM). All interested parents are welcome to attend our presentation regarding this important topic!

On MONDAY, November 11, a special presentation for girls sexual maturation will be delivered in two sessions to Grades 7–9 (7:10–8:00 PM) and Grades 10–12 (8:05–9:00 PM). All interested parents are welcome to attend our presentation regarding this important topic!

Finally, we enjoyed the cooler weather this week. Students pulled out their jackets and stayed warm! And we encourage all students to stay warm, drink water, wash hands and practice good health as the cooler season begins.
