協(xié)同育人,共建“家校命運(yùn)共同體”
教育是個(gè)系統(tǒng)的大工程,無論是家庭教育的潛移默化、耳濡目染,還是學(xué)校教育的科學(xué)體系、循序漸進(jìn),以及周邊自然環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境的人文影響,都不可或缺,無一不在告訴我們:教育這個(gè)多維的生態(tài)系統(tǒng),它需要來自學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)多方的支撐。
Education is a systematic project which cannot survive without parental education, school education, effects from the natural environment and culture. Hence education needs supports from the school, families and the society.
家庭是孩子的第一所學(xué)校,父母是孩子的第一任老師,家庭教育是整個(gè)教育的基石,對(duì)孩子的健康成長有著重大的影響。我們?cè)趯?duì)孩子未來充滿期待時(shí),也在不禁思考:什么樣的家校關(guān)系模式才是最有利于孩子的呢?
As the very first educator of the children, parental guidance and education from family is the cornerstone of the education which has great influence on the growth of children. As we have great expectations towards the children's future, we also wonder what kind of family-school relationship would benefit the children the most.

共同探討如何協(xié)同育人。
Since its founding, VBS has been innovating the family-school cooperation in education.
On 3rd November, VBS held PTA meeting to discuss with parents on how to nurture students by joint effort.
讓學(xué)校成為學(xué)生、教師、家長共同成長的地方,搭建家?;ヂ?lián)的橋梁,助力家長成為新時(shí)代的智慧父母,構(gòu)建家校命運(yùn)共同體。

Joint effort to
家校共育,關(guān)鍵在“共”,宗旨在“育”。萬科雙語學(xué)?!凹倚C\(yùn)共同體”的建立旨在匯聚學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)三方之力,構(gòu)建“家校合作”與“家校共育”的良好格局。
“家校命運(yùn)共同體”建設(shè)已經(jīng)走過了一個(gè)多年頭,2018年12月,學(xué)校成立了家長成長學(xué)院,從成立之初至今,在每學(xué)期進(jìn)行定期的家校見面會(huì):互通有無、共商共謀、交流經(jīng)驗(yàn)、參與決策。
PDA的成立,標(biāo)志著VBS進(jìn)入一場新的學(xué)習(xí)革命
The key to the family-school cooperation in education is coordination. VBS aims to gather the effort from school, family and society to establish the community of shared future for all, setting the grounds for family-school cooperation in education.
Over the years since this establishment, VBS has set up Parents Academy to hold regular PTA meetings for the decision-making, exchange of ideas and cooperations.

A hierarchical structure for the multi-dimensional growth
萬科雙語學(xué)校的PTA采取的是層級(jí)遞進(jìn),分部管理的思路:班級(jí)成立家長委員會(huì),再在學(xué)校家長成長學(xué)院的架構(gòu)下,分部成立校級(jí)專業(yè)家教會(huì)。
并根據(jù)需求細(xì)分為“學(xué)習(xí)部,愛心部,外聯(lián)部,文娛部,體育部”五個(gè)部門。家長根據(jù)自己的工作性質(zhì)、興趣、特長、時(shí)間確定申報(bào)項(xiàng)目。
這樣不僅滿足了家長參與孩子教育的需求,還充分挖掘利用家長資源,實(shí)現(xiàn)了資源共享,助力育人的目的。
PTA has a hierarchical and departmental management - each class has its own parents committee and an intra-school PTA is formed under the VBS Parents Academy.
Five departments are formed - Learning, Caring, External, Recreation and Sports. Parents apply projects based on their characteristics of work, interests, strengths and time.
This meets the needs of parents to take part in their children's education, also achieves resources sharing to educate students by utilising the resources offered by parents.

家長成長學(xué)院通過講座、沙龍、家訪、文體活動(dòng)等多種方式,讓家長學(xué)習(xí)家庭教育的專業(yè)知識(shí),分享教育故事,解決教育困惑,尋找教育的快樂。
Parents Academy organised lectures, family visiting and recreational activities to allow parents to learn knowledge on parental education, overcome difficulties and find their joys in education.

外聯(lián)部以養(yǎng)成教育為基點(diǎn),積極挖掘社會(huì)教育資源,家校協(xié)作,給孩子拓寬視野。
External Department actively seeks educational resources from society to expand students' horizons for their growth.

愛心部積極配合學(xué)校,協(xié)助開展有益于學(xué)生,學(xué)校,社會(huì)的公益活動(dòng),立足校內(nèi),放眼社會(huì),增加了學(xué)生接觸社會(huì)的機(jī)會(huì),不僅鍛煉學(xué)生能力的同時(shí),還積極塑造了他們的價(jià)值觀。
Caring Department collaborates with school to organise volunteering activities which benefit the public society, indoctrinating students with the correct values.

家校共生,生生不息
A longstanding family-school co-existence model
學(xué)校本著從幼小銜接到家校共育、從學(xué)校文化理念推廣到核心素養(yǎng)進(jìn)家庭、從教育學(xué)到心理學(xué)、從家庭關(guān)系發(fā)展到人際交往適應(yīng)……一系列主題已經(jīng)逐步形成“家校共同體建設(shè)系列課程”。
在過去的一年里,一些家庭教育理念轉(zhuǎn)變、家校關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)變,孩子們精氣神也在轉(zhuǎn)變,家校共同體建設(shè)正在有效地發(fā)揮作用。

“孩子還在暑假期間就盼望著開學(xué)了,愛吃學(xué)校的飯菜,家里的伙食者瞧不上了,連妹妹也想上哥哥的學(xué)?!?/p>
'My kid anticipates the start of school term as he loves the food from the school canteen more than the home-cooked food, now his younger sister wants to study in VBS.'
“孩子以前不愛上學(xué),早起很困難,現(xiàn)在不用叫,自己早早就起床了……”
'My child used to struggle getting up and does not love going to school. But now he wakes up all by himself.'
“雖然上學(xué)時(shí)間很短,但孩子回家后反映老師們和他們相處的方式與過去學(xué)校的老師不一樣,感到平和可親。”
'My child told me that how VBS teachers interacted with students was different from the teachers from the past, they were very kind and friendly.'
“孩子進(jìn)校剛兩個(gè)月,感覺知識(shí)面拓寬了,說起歷史可以滔滔不絕說上四五個(gè)小時(shí)……”

陳依菲同學(xué)每到周末回家時(shí)便很糾結(jié),她說想念父母,可是她也很舍不得離開學(xué)校……唉。

暖心分享
在一次比賽中,一位參賽選手的家長看到VBS的孩子與老師親熱擁抱,艷羨不已,問怎么可以做到?這在他們學(xué)校是不可能的。老師:“這是我們學(xué)校的常態(tài),學(xué)生喜歡擁抱老師,還可以擁抱校長。”
During the competition, one student's parent from other school admired the hugs between VBS student and his teacher as this could never happen in the school her child was attending. Asked what made this possible, she was given the answer by the teacher, 'This was common in our school, students can also hug their beloved Principal.'

Principal's message :
Liaising with parents, VBS allows parents to know more about the needs of their children and focus on their growth. It also strengthens intimate relationships by organising various activities and offers platforms to students who have more social practice opportunities and broaden their horizons.
VBS garners opinions from parents to coordinate students' education and facilitates parents to improve their skills in parental education. During the education process, it also builds mutual trust with parents by introducing the school philosophy, revised teaching measures. Thus the mutally agreed education philosophy and the community of shared future for families and school is formed, VBS eventually becomes a common ground for parents and teachers grow with students.
