深圳外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校（龍崗）國(guó)際部是由深圳市政府投資興建，深圳外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校管理的一所國(guó)際學(xué)校。學(xué)校位于龍崗坂田片區(qū)，校園占地面積5.1萬(wàn)平方米，環(huán)境優(yōu)美。深圳外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校（龍崗）國(guó)際部現(xiàn)為國(guó)際文憑組織（IB）小學(xué)階段課程準(zhǔn)授權(quán)學(xué)校，學(xué)校也已經(jīng)申請(qǐng)成為初中段課程候選學(xué)校。

招生計(jì)劃

深圳外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校(龍崗)國(guó)際部現(xiàn)已啟動(dòng)2020年秋季招生，將面向全市招收在中國(guó)合法居住的外籍(持外國(guó)護(hù)照或永久居住證)和中國(guó)港澳臺(tái)籍適齡學(xué)生。

2020-2021學(xué)年，深圳外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校(龍崗)國(guó)際部將招收小學(xué)部和初中部學(xué)生，招生規(guī)模覆蓋小學(xué)段(一至五年級(jí))，初中段(六、七年級(jí))。

小學(xué)部：一年級(jí)招收4個(gè)班;二至五年級(jí)各招收1個(gè)班。每班20人。

初中部：六、七年級(jí)各招收2個(gè)班。每班20人。

入學(xué)年齡：學(xué)校將根據(jù)學(xué)生的年齡，安排或決定相應(yīng)入讀年級(jí)。請(qǐng)參考以下表格：

招生流程

2020年秋季入學(xué)首輪申請(qǐng)截止日期為2019年12月31日。由于某些年級(jí)學(xué)位有限，我們建議您盡早申請(qǐng)，以避免任何可能的失望。

第一步：網(wǎng)上申請(qǐng)

所有申請(qǐng)必須通過(guò)官方網(wǎng)站slis.openapply.cn。紙質(zhì)申請(qǐng)不被接受。同時(shí)，您須完整提交以下材料：

第二步：審核提交資料

招生辦公室將嚴(yán)格審核報(bào)名資料。如有資料不完整或不符合實(shí)際要求，招生辦公室將聯(lián)系家長(zhǎng)提供相關(guān)資料。

第三步：入學(xué)面試

報(bào)名資料審核通過(guò)后，招生辦公室將通過(guò)郵件等方式向報(bào)名成功的家長(zhǎng)發(fā)送面試邀請(qǐng)。具體面試信息請(qǐng)以邀請(qǐng)內(nèi)容為準(zhǔn)。

第四步：結(jié)果通知

招生辦公室將在10至15個(gè)工作日內(nèi)通過(guò)郵件發(fā)送面試結(jié)果。

第五步：學(xué)位確認(rèn)

Shenzhen Foreign Languages School (SFLS) established Shenwai Longgang International School (SLIS) in Fall 2017, to provide high-quality educational resources with the great support and leadership from Municipal Education Bureau. The permanent campus of SLIS is located in the Bantian Town of Longgang District with a gross area of 51,000 square metres. SLIS is an acclaimed candidate for the IB Primary Year Programme. It also applied for the IB Middle Year Programme candidate school and is pursuing authorization.

The teaching faculty of SLIS includes both Chinese and Expatriate teachers with substantial working experience who keep the learning and well-being of their students as the primary focus. Teachers are recruited from diverse backgrounds and this measure intends to make best use of the merits of different cultures and backgrounds. The school provides courses related to Chinese language and culture in reviving the study of traditional values. The school offers an extensive After School Activities (ASA) including art, music, sports, innovation and languages etc.

The school aims to provide high-quality education that integrates both Chinese and Western culture, while caring each child’s development and extensive support services are available to help each student fulfill his/her potential. Students endavour to understand the world around them by asking questions, researching answers, finding solutions and making connections. Students learn research skills, communication skills, social skills and self-management skills.

Admission Scheme

The target audience for students include expatriate children, and children with permanent residence of foreign countries or residents from Chinese Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan.

In the academic year of 2020-2021, education provided by the school covers:

Primary Year Programme (Grade 1-5), it enrolls 4 classes in the first grade and 1 class from the second to fifth grade.

Middle Year Programme (Grade 6&7): it enrolls 2 classes for the sixth and seventh grades.

Each class is comprised of 20 students.

Admission Criteria

Age: Applicants for admission to a grade level must have reached the specified on or before 1st September (the cut-off date). Please refer to the table below:

Language: English is the language of instruction in all grades. Applicant must demonstrate certain level of English skills to access the curriculum successfully.

Special Educational Needs: SLIS may not be able to provide the necessary resources or specialized staff to meet the particular needs of all exceptional learners. Parents should consult with SLIS before applying for admission. At the time of application, parents must supply all materials related to the unique needs of their child(ren).

Admission Procedure

The tentative deadline for the first round of application for entry in Fall 2020 is 31 December 2019. As spaces are limited in some grade groups, we recommend you apply early to avoid any possible disappointments.

Paper applications are not accepted. Please check the required forms and documents in the Application Checklist are submitted accordingly:

*Please ensure the truthfulness of the information and documents that you are submitted. Please note that applications can NOT be processed further until all of the required materials have been provided to the Admissions Office.

Step 2: Application Review

Upon receiving your application form and the submitted documents, Admissions Office will thoroughly review the materials in accordance with SLIS admissions policy.

Further communication will be made by the Admissions Office directly to the applicant, if the materials are incomplete or do not meet the actual requirements.

Step 3: Admission Interview

The admissions office will send an interview invitation to those candidates who have successfully completed the above steps. The relevant information will be enclosed in the email. Please refer to the table below for the timeline:

Step 4: Admission Outcome

The Admissions Office will send the admission outcome via email within 10-15 working days after the admission interview.
