普林斯頓國際幼兒園——PICLC 2019-2020學(xué)年第一學(xué)期園家委選舉大會

金秋九月，普林斯頓國際幼兒園迎來了本學(xué)期的第一次家委會，會議于9月25日星期三在福田校區(qū)舉行。很高興在這次選舉大會中見到各位班級家委代表，特別是很多新面孔。

The first meeting of the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) was held at PICLC Futian campus on Wednesday,September 25. We were delighted to meet everyone and see so many new smilingfaces.

Our PTA is responsible for facilitating communication and the flow of ideas between the parents and our school and teachers. PTA is a good channel for both parents and the school to exchange opinions concerning school policies for promoting the betterment of the school.

家委會既擔負著促進家校共育理念的職責，同時也是家長和學(xué)校就學(xué)校政策交換意見、促進學(xué)校發(fā)展的重要溝通渠道。

We began our meeting with Ms. Yaya giving a presentation showing the achievements of our PTA during the 2018-2019 academic year. We also hear from her about what has happened at PICLC from the first day of school until now.

在本次大會中，首先由教學(xué)主任Ms. Yaya展示了在過去的2018-2019學(xué)年里，PICLC家委會為學(xué)校做出的卓越貢獻，之后家長們從她那里聽到了在這個新學(xué)期開學(xué)第一天到現(xiàn)在，PICLC發(fā)生的一些趣事。

Next, Ms. Tarryn, team leader of Toddler and Preschool levels, and Ms. Kori, team leader of Pre-K and Kindergarten levels gave an overview of the Foreign Teachers’ responsibilities. They also shared the learning goals for each level of student, and a glimpse at the Midisaurus and World of Wonders curriculums.

接下來，由低年齡組教育團隊負責人Tarryn老師與高年齡組教育團隊負責人Kori老師概述了外籍教師的主要工作職責。她們還細心分享了每個年級學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)目標，以及Midisaurus和World of Wonders課程的主要優(yōu)勢。

Then, we welcomed speeches from our PTA leadership nominees and held a vote to confirm their appointments.

激動人心的時刻來了，每一位園家委會候選人進行候選人競職演講，之后舉行了投票以及唱票，選舉最終名單出來啦!

Ms. Kang Yilan was elected as the PTA Chairperson.

Ms. Wang Ting was elected as Vice PTA Chairperson.

Ms. Li Ruixue was elected as PTA Treasurer.

Ms. Guan Xiaoqing was elected as PTA Liaison.PICLC

園家委會最終名單如下：

康挹蘭女士當選為園家委會主席。

王婷女士當選為園家委會副主席。

李瑞雪女士被選為園家委會財務(wù)主管。

管曉晴女士當選為園家委會聯(lián)絡(luò)員。

We want to congratulate these leaders ontheir appointments and thank them in advance for all of their futurecontributions to our organization.

熱烈祝賀這四位園家委會成員的誕生，祝賀PICLC 2019-2020學(xué)年園家委會成立!提前感謝她們今后將為PICLC作出的卓越貢獻。

Ms. Lolita was the star of the show, reading through all of the safety updates that have been made at PICLC recently, as well as sharing a bit about the menu and plans for continuing improvements around the school. We welcomed questions from the PTA after her presentation.At the end of the meeting, Ms. Lolita took the parents to visit our school kitchen.

Lolita是后勤主任，也是家長們在這次大會接近尾聲時關(guān)注的焦點。她閱讀了最近PICLC的所有安全制度，還分享了一些有關(guān)餐單和學(xué)校根據(jù)相關(guān)部門制度要求改進的最新計劃。最后，她耐心且詳盡地解答了家長們的一些問題。會議結(jié)束時，Lolita帶家長們參觀學(xué)校的廚房。

Ms. Lisa, our beloved Director, was also in attendance, of course. She promises to all our PICLC families that teachers and staff will try our best to provide our students with the highest quality education. We strongly believe that the collaborative efforts between parents and the school will help children group and develop healthily.

當然，我們尊敬的Lisa總園長也出席了會議哦。她向我們所有PICLC的家庭承諾，教師和員工將盡心盡力為我們的學(xué)生提供最高質(zhì)量的教育。PICLC始終堅信，家長與學(xué)校的共同努力將有助于孩子們的健康成長。
