華美外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校的戶外拓展活動(dòng)如火如荼地已經(jīng)開(kāi)展到了第三天,慢慢進(jìn)入了尾聲。同學(xué)們褪去了才進(jìn)入基地時(shí)的恐懼,克服了夏日的酷暑,已經(jīng)開(kāi)始逐漸有了小小軍人的樣子,身上的藍(lán)色迷彩服也慢慢開(kāi)始成為他們精神的一部分。

基地為同學(xué)們組織了形式多樣的拓展活動(dòng):杯子樂(lè)章,齊眉棍,達(dá)芬奇密碼,極速60秒... ... 同學(xué)們通過(guò)這種種的活動(dòng),通過(guò)實(shí)踐真正了解了如何能夠真正的與大家協(xié)同合作;如何通過(guò)合作迎接挑戰(zhàn),共同克服困難;如何在團(tuán)隊(duì)當(dāng)中成為一個(gè)合格的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。那每位同學(xué)是怎樣通過(guò)不同的活動(dòng)共同協(xié)作和完成挑戰(zhàn)的呢?

The base organizes various outreach activities for students: cup movement, reaching the stick to your eyebrow, Da Vinci code, 60 seconds... Through these activities, students really understand how to cooperate with others through practice; how to meet challenges through cooperation and overcome difficulties together; how to work in a team; how to become a qualified leader. Then here comes the question: how can each student collaborate and complete the challenge through different activities?



杯子樂(lè)章 Cup Movement

在活動(dòng)最開(kāi)始,同學(xué)們都會(huì)從教官處獲得一個(gè)杯子,這個(gè)杯子就是他們的節(jié)奏樂(lè)器。用杯子作為樂(lè)器是獲得靈感于一部美國(guó)的阿卡貝拉電影《完美音調(diào)》,女主角一首杯子節(jié)拍翻唱的《When I'm Gone》讓杯子這一樂(lè)器開(kāi)始慢慢普及。同學(xué)們先是跟著教官一起學(xué)著用杯子打節(jié)拍,隨后大家坐成一個(gè)圈,杯子成為了節(jié)奏的傳遞,在每一個(gè)音樂(lè)段落的最后,左邊同學(xué)都要將杯子傳遞給右邊的同學(xué),隨后繼續(xù)下一段音樂(lè)的節(jié)奏。

At the beginning of the activity, students will get a cup which is their rhythm instrument. from the instructor. The use of cups as musical instruments is inspired by the American Acabella film Pitch Perfect. The leading role sings the song When I'm Gone in a cup beat and makes the cup as an instrument gradually popular. The students first learned to beat with the cup with the instructor. Then they sat in a circle. The cup became the transmission of rhythm. At the end of each musical paragraph, the students on the left passed the cup to the students on the right, and then continued the rhythm of the next piece of music.



最開(kāi)始同學(xué)們因?yàn)榕氖郑谋拥墓?jié)奏還不能很好的掌握,開(kāi)始跟著教官練習(xí),有的同學(xué)也請(qǐng)教身邊的同學(xué)一起反復(fù)練習(xí),慢慢熟悉了這運(yùn)用杯子的節(jié)奏,跟著音樂(lè)能夠完美的合奏??傻搅说诙?,需要傳遞的時(shí)候,每個(gè)同學(xué)發(fā)現(xiàn)這個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的傳遞動(dòng)作,所需要的不只是自己對(duì)節(jié)奏的熟悉,還需要和左右同學(xué)的配合,才能連貫的進(jìn)行。雖然經(jīng)歷了數(shù)次失敗,但是他們通過(guò)自己的努力,和互相的交流,大家一起完成了這一首《When I’m Gone》。可能最后的成果沒(méi)有那么完美,但是相信大家共同的努力和配合讓這一篇杯子樂(lè)章永遠(yuǎn)的在大家的心中演奏。

At first, because the students clapped their hands and the rhythm of clapping cups was not easy to be mastered, they began to practice with the instructor. But in the second part, when we need to pass the cup the the next person, each student found that this simple transfer action needed not only his own familiarity with the rhythm, but also his or her cooperation with the left and right classmates in order to proceed coherently. Although they have experienced several failures, they have completed the song When I'm Gone through their own efforts and others’ help. Although the final result is not so perfect, but it is believe that the joint efforts and cooperation of all of you will let this cup movement play stay in their hearts forever.



齊眉棍 Reaching the stick to your eyebrow

棍與眉相齊是這個(gè)活動(dòng)的核心。七位同學(xué)為一組,六位同學(xué)一起合力用手指將棍抬起,一位同學(xué)為小組長(zhǎng),喊口號(hào)控制六位組員的速度。只要有一位組員稍微速度快一點(diǎn),就不能六人一同將抬高到與眉齊平。同學(xué)們不同的身高也要求大家互相體諒使棍能夠水平的與眉齊平。

Keeping eyebrows and sticks at the same level is the core of this activity. Seven students formed a group. Six students raised the stick with their fingers together. One student was the group leader who was in charge of controling the speed of the six members. As long as one member of the team is slightly faster, it is impossible for six members to fail this task. Students'different height also requires mutual understanding so that the stick can be level with the eyebrow.



速度可能是大家都想追求的目標(biāo),可是如果沒(méi)有小組長(zhǎng)統(tǒng)一地發(fā)號(hào)施令,沒(méi)有同學(xué)們互相體諒的高度調(diào)整,怎樣都不能達(dá)到快速地水平抬起這根小小的棍子。教官們嚴(yán)格審查,讓同學(xué)們了解到了做事情不僅要快,而且還要能夠在保證速度的情況下,聽(tīng)從指揮,按照要求,互相體諒,才能夠?qū)⑹虑樽龊谩?/span>這樣可能有一些同學(xué)需要辛苦的蹲著,有的同學(xué)需要長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的彎著腰小心翼翼的保持棍子的水平。所有目光都聚焦在眉前的這根棍子上,它匯聚著大家合作的精神和團(tuán)結(jié)的能量。

Speed may be the goal we all want to pursue, but without the unified command of the team leader and the high adjustment of the students'mutual understanding, how can they perfectly achieve the same level with lifting this small stick rapidly? The instrucors scrutinized strictly, so that students understood that not only to do things quickly, but also to be able to ensure the speed of the situation, obey the command, in accordance with the requirements, mutual understanding. This may require some students to squat hard, and some students needed to bend over for a long time carefully to maintain the level of the stick. All eyes were focused on the stick in front of our brows, which gathered the spirit of cooperation and the energy of unity.


極速60秒 Extreme speed of 60 seconds

該活動(dòng)分為兩個(gè)小組三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié):六人小組的不倒森林,和圍圈進(jìn)行的極速報(bào)數(shù)、激情節(jié)拍。

The activity is divided into two groups and three tasks: the six-member group who can not drop the bottles, and the circle of the number of rapid reports, passion rhythm.



不倒森林的同學(xué)圍成一個(gè)小圈,每人手拿一瓶水,要在同一時(shí)間拋出水瓶給下一位同學(xué),并且保證水瓶不能掉地。大圈的同學(xué)需要快速報(bào)數(shù)并且不能出錯(cuò)。結(jié)束后按節(jié)奏喊口號(hào)“我們的團(tuán)隊(duì)最棒”。三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)必須在60秒內(nèi)完成。

The six students formd a small circle, each holding a bottle of water, at the same time to throw the water bottle to the next student, and ensured that the water bottle can not fall to the ground. Students in big circles needed to report numbers quickly and made no mistakes. At the end of the session, the slogan "Our team is the best" was chanted rhythmically. The three tasks must be completed in 60 seconds.

每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)看似都非常簡(jiǎn)單,但實(shí)行起來(lái),同學(xué)們都感受到了壓力。初中的同學(xué)在不倒森林的步驟遇到了困難,不能保證每次水瓶都不掉地;高中的同學(xué)放低重心齊心協(xié)力的努力讓不倒森林這一環(huán)節(jié)連貫起來(lái)。剩下的同學(xué)在教官的指導(dǎo)下,在一次次的失敗以后,完整的完成了此項(xiàng)挑戰(zhàn)。每個(gè)同學(xué)都從失敗中,吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn),從合作中找到動(dòng)力,堅(jiān)持不懈的完成了所有的環(huán)節(jié)。

Every task seemed very simple, but in practice, students felt pressure. Students in junior high school have encountered difficulties in the steps of not falling into the forest, so they could not guarantee that the water bottle would not fall down every time. Students in senior high school have lowered their body and concerted on making this taks coherent. Under the guidance of the instructors, the rest of the students completed the challenge after failures. Every student learned from their failure, experience, and finds motivation from cooperation. Meanwhile they persevered in completing all the tasks.

不僅如此,我們還能看到清晨練習(xí)隊(duì)列的同學(xué)整齊的步伐;能聽(tīng)到他們向每一位經(jīng)過(guò)的老師和教官洪亮的問(wèn)好聲音“華美一隊(duì)向老師問(wèn)好!老師好!”,“華美二隊(duì)向老師問(wèn)好!老師好!”;能看到他們雖然汗水已經(jīng)打濕衣裳還是依舊在完成一項(xiàng)項(xiàng)挑戰(zhàn)的決心;看到他們認(rèn)真制作的一幅幅隊(duì)伍的海報(bào);看到他們一同協(xié)作完成野炊,用自己的雙手和教官一起為同學(xué)們烹飪噴香的餐食,讓大家都飽餐了一頓。

Hello, instructor!” They can see their determination to complete a challenge even though their sweat has been wet; we could see the posters of their teams being carefully produced; we could see that they cooperate to complete a picnic together, to cook delicious meals for their classmates with their own hands and instructors’, so that everyone can have a pleasent meal.
