Submission Deadline:

Digital Submissions: 4:00 pm, October 7th

Physical submissions: 4:00 pm, October 8th & 9th. SWIS Gallery.

The SWIS Visual Arts Exhibition is an annual exhibition at SWIS. Last year we successfully held the inaugural exhibition entitled COALESCENCE displaying students' and teachers' artwork. This year, we are inviting SWIS parents to join the students. This exhibition is entitled ALL-IN, which indicates one of the gallery's intentions - opening to a wider community.

ALL-IN is the first SWIS exhibition that is open to parents. We hope that this exhibition enables the school community to appreciate and learn more about SWIS parents from an art perspective, and enhances home to school communication beyond classroom matters.

Requirements for artwork:

Size-2D: no larger than 2*2m

Size-3D: no larger than 1*1*1m

Medium: No limitation

Theme: No limitation

Framing: Framing is needed for paper-based works, but no limitation for styles

Selection: a total of 180 pieces of art will be selected to exhibit in the exhibition.

The SWIS group will select works based on the following criteria:

A - Technical competence:

visual effects; skills of your chosen medium.

B- Concepts/ Contents:

creative; richful; meaning

Digital submission deadline:

4:00 pm, October 7th.

Please email a photo of your artwork to lee.li@swis.cn

with your name, grade level, size, and medium of your artwork. There is no guarantee that your artwork will be selected.

Physical submission deadline:

4:00 pm, October 8th & 9th, SWIS Gallery.

On October 7th,

you will receive a notification

as to whether your piece

has been selected via email.

If selected, please frame your artwork

property and submit it to the school gallery

on October 8th and October 9th,

during school time.

本次展覽取名ALL-IN，傳達(dá)瀚美術(shù)館積極向更廣闊的社區(qū)開(kāi)放的精神。作為SWIS第一個(gè)向?qū)W生家長(zhǎng)開(kāi)放征集作品的展覽，我們希望通過(guò)展覽，從藝術(shù)的角度更全方位地認(rèn)識(shí)SWIS家長(zhǎng)群體，增進(jìn)家校交流并創(chuàng)造更多機(jī)會(huì)與平臺(tái)。同時(shí)通過(guò)聯(lián)合SWIS家長(zhǎng)的大群體，在校園內(nèi)營(yíng)造更加濃厚的藝術(shù)氛圍。

ALL-IN展覽也可以視作一次親子機(jī)會(huì)，我們鼓勵(lì)家長(zhǎng)和孩子一同參展，通過(guò)對(duì)藝術(shù)的共鳴增進(jìn)交流和感情。

作品電子版提交截止：10月7號(hào)下午4點(diǎn)前

作品實(shí)物提交日期：10月8號(hào)和10月9號(hào)，下午4點(diǎn)前交至校美術(shù)館

請(qǐng)將作品照片發(fā)郵件至 lee.li@swis.cn，注明作者、年級(jí)、作品名稱(chēng)、使用媒介和作品尺寸。如果您的作品未能最終入選藝術(shù)展，請(qǐng)您諒解。

10月7號(hào)晚，您將收到郵件通知作品的入選情況。如果入選，請(qǐng)將作品表框并于8號(hào)或9號(hào)日間送至校美術(shù)館。

參選作品要求:

2D尺寸：不大于2*2米

3D尺寸：不大于1*1*1米1

媒介：無(wú)限制

主題：無(wú)限制

作品甄選：

美術(shù)館將從所有提交作品中，

選擇180幅參加展覽。

選拔標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

技法：

比如視覺(jué)效果和對(duì)媒介

的技能掌握程度。

理念和內(nèi)容：

包括創(chuàng)意、內(nèi)容的意義、

內(nèi)容的豐富度等。

表框: 紙本作品需要表框，

但無(wú)樣式要求。
