On August 30th, Princeton International Forest Kindergarten was full of warmth and happiness. Teachers, students and parents attended the opening ceremony together. The children welcomed the new semester with confidence and pride on their faces.

8月30日，普林斯頓森林國際幼兒園里處處充滿了溫馨和快樂，全體師生和家長們一起舉行了開學(xué)典禮活動，孩子們臉上洋溢著自信和驕傲, 在充滿儀式感的環(huán)境里，迎接新學(xué)期的到來。

Singing the national anthem

With the playing of the national anthem of the People's Republic of China, all the people stood up and watched. It is the great mission of our educators to cultivate the patriotic spirit of children.

伴隨著《中華人民共和國國歌》奏響，全體起立行注目禮。從小培養(yǎng)孩子們的愛國精神是我們教育工作者義不容辭的偉大使命。

Welcome speeches

Children are the continuation of their parents' life; they are the hope of their families and good education is the common goal of teachers and parents. In addition to the welcome speech by the principal and teachers, teachers from the primary school also joined the ceremony to extend their warm welcome to the children.

孩子是父母生命的延續(xù)，是家族的希望，教育好我們每一個孩子是老師們和家長們共同目標(biāo)。今天除了園長和幼兒園教師代表的歡迎致辭之外，小學(xué)的老師們也來到現(xiàn)場表示對孩子們的熱烈歡迎。

We are ready!

The highlight of the ceremony was by far the handing over of certificates to the children, which they accepted with thankfulness. After this the children proudly and passionately sang the school song, officially starting off the school year.

在森林園里，整個典禮凸顯了儀式之禮儀。每一個入園的小朋友都伸長雙手從園長手里恭恭敬敬的接過一張嶄新的入學(xué)證書，在激昂歡快的校歌中，孩子們正式入園了!

Parents' meeting

After the grand opening ceremony, children and parents participated in separate activities. Parents learned more about the new semester's curriculum and activities by attending the parent-teacher meeting, while the children played games with Ms. Honey.

隆重的開學(xué)典禮儀式之后，孩子們和家長分開進(jìn)行活動!家長們參加班級家長會，將進(jìn)一步了解新學(xué)期的課程與活動;孩子們就跟著Honey老師一起玩游戲活動。

Nature Painting

Walking in such a big and beautiful forest, even a simple run is a fun game! We went outside to collect materials which we then used to make a nature painting, under the guidance of Ms. Honey. Here at PIFK, we encourage the use of natural materials, so that nature can enter the classroom and enter our hearts.

走在這么美麗寬曠的森林園里，哪怕是簡單的一個奔跑都是一種樂趣無窮的游戲呢! 今天細(xì)心的Honey老師準(zhǔn)備了自然美工課，大家一起去戶外搜集自然材料，讓大自然走進(jìn)教室里，走進(jìn)自己的心中。
