深圳曼徹斯通城堡學(xué)校2019-2020年度現(xiàn)已開放學(xué)前班招生，這是學(xué)校首次對需要學(xué)前教育的學(xué)生開放招生。 For the 2019-2020 academic year MIS is proud to announce the opening of a Reception class, this will be the first time that MIS has offered pre-school provision for students.

高質(zhì)量的學(xué)前教育至關(guān)重要，將為孩子們?nèi)蘸蟮膶W(xué)業(yè)和人生打下良好基礎(chǔ)。MIS學(xué)前教育將沿用英國早期基礎(chǔ)教育體系(EYFS)，以此作為教學(xué)基礎(chǔ)，進而為小孩子們提供趣味、靈活且最適合孩子們的教育體驗。

Good quality early education is extremely important in laying the groundwork for a child’s achievements later on in life. As such MIS Reception class will use the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum for England (EYFS) as the basis for planning and delivering engaging, autonomous and appropriate learning experiences for our youngest children.

EYFS寓教于樂，在趣味學(xué)習(xí)中為英國五歲之下的孩子們創(chuàng)造汲取知識的機會。這一獨特受教育體驗對孩子們而言是非常有意義的，因為此種教育形式將培養(yǎng)出小孩子們更強的獨立性，并給小孩子們機會快樂成長、自信學(xué)習(xí)。同時此課程為孩子們進入第一年級的學(xué)習(xí)打好堅實的語言基礎(chǔ)，提前培養(yǎng)小孩子第一年學(xué)習(xí)所需的語言技能。

The curriculum is a play-based one and sets the standards for the education of all children under five years old in England. The emphasis is on child led and play-based experiences which are meaningful, encourage independence and give young children the chance to become happy and confident learners. It also gives them the chance to develop their language skills before entering the Year One class the following year.

EYFS包含七個學(xué)習(xí)部分。最關(guān)鍵的三個部分為‘溝通及讀寫能力’、‘生理發(fā)展’、‘個人，社會及情感發(fā)展’，這三門課程是輔助其他課程學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)與關(guān)鍵。其他四個部分為‘讀寫能力’、‘?dāng)?shù)學(xué)’、‘理解世界’、‘表現(xiàn)性藝術(shù)及設(shè)計’。

The EYFS consists of seven areas of learning. The Prime Areas being ‘Communication and Literacy’, ‘Physical Development’ and ‘Personal, Social and Emotional Development’ and these are considered fundamental for underpinning all other learning areas. The other four Specific Areas are ‘Literacy’, ‘Mathematics’, ‘Understanding the World’ and ‘Expressive Arts and Design’.

學(xué)前班級的孩子大部分時間將在班級教師(一名外教與一名中教)的陪伴下在教室度過。此外，學(xué)校還將為學(xué)前學(xué)生提供中文、音樂及體育(包括游泳)課程，均由專業(yè)教師授課。

Children in the Reception class will spend most of their time in their classroom with their designated teachers (one international teacher and one Chinese teacher). In addition, they will have Mandarin, Music and PE (including swimming) lessons, taught by specialist teachers.
