南山中英學(xué)校NCIC劍橋國際部頒獎典禮

　　6月14日，我校劍橋國際部2018年度頒獎典禮在大禮堂舉行。國際部校監(jiān)、學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師、家長和同學(xué)們共同見證年度優(yōu)秀學(xué)生獲獎。

　　在本次頒獎典禮上，分別為九年級、十年級以及十一年級各科總分第一和進步最大的同學(xué)分別頒發(fā)了優(yōu)秀獎和進步獎。接著，教學(xué)主管為各年級總分前三的共九位同學(xué)頒發(fā)了獎狀以及獎學(xué)金。頒獎過程中，大家掌聲雷動，同學(xué)們歡呼雀躍，獲獎同學(xué)的家長喜上眉梢。

　　頒獎典禮后，獲得經(jīng)濟優(yōu)秀獎的周璐熙同學(xué)表示她很高興一年的努力獲得了回報，在下一個學(xué)期選課時，她會繼續(xù)選擇學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)濟，爭取明年再次獲獎。

　　本次頒獎典禮鼓勵先進，也激勵了其他同學(xué)持之以恒，為目標(biāo)而奮斗。

　　On June 14th, the annual Awards Ceremony was held by the NCIC International Division in the 8th floor auditorium. Principals, administrators, teachers, and parents, as well as students were all cordially invited to watch the highly anticipated event of the year.

　　In this year’s ceremony, the Academic Excellence awards and the Most Improved awards for each subject were presented to students from Grade 9 to Grade 11. There were also the Scholarship awards for the top three students of each grade. With each award presented, there were cheers for the students. The auditorium was full of people buzzing with excitement, who just couldn’t stop making the event livelier than ever. Many had returned home delighted to deliver the news of their achieved awards.

　　After the ceremony, Lucy Zhou, who has received the Academic Excellence for Grade 10 Economics, commented that she was glad because all her hard work was paid off. When asked of her next semester’s subject choice, she had answered that Economics still remained as her favorite choice and she would never give up in learning. The other award achievers had given the same responses as hers.

　　This year’s Awards Ceremony was once again successful. It has encouraged students to strive for the better and reach for their goals. Congratulations to the Award achievers! To others, study harder and you would be in the next year’s Awards Ceremony!
