Dear Parents, Students, and Employees,

親愛的各位家長、同學(xué)們和各教職工同事：

Happy Mother’s Day (May 10)! This Sunday, people around the world are honoring their mothers with gifts, flowers, notes, or most importantly—the ways they love and serve others!

5月10號是母親節(jié)!這個星期天，世界各地的人們都在用禮物、鮮花、愛心便利貼或更重要的方式——通過關(guān)愛和服務(wù)他人——來向母親致敬!

The influence of a mother on her children is incalculable. Mothers teach their children the enduring lessons of life. My mother taught me wise sayings, such as, “Whatever the question, love is the answer.” She lived by this motto. Her example was of enthusiasm and kindness — always.

母親對孩子們的影響是無法估量的。母親給自己的孩子教授了人生中長久的經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)。我母親曾教予我明智的格言，比如，“無論遇到什么問題，愛都能幫你找到答案?！蹦赣H遵循著這句格言生活，她一直都是我熱情和善良的榜樣。

Thank you to the facilities team and the canteen team for installingthese elegant, temporary meal time physical dividers.

感謝設(shè)施團隊和食堂團隊安裝這些優(yōu)雅的臨時用餐時間物理分隔器。

All mothers deserve our gratitude for giving us birth, and for nurturing us.

所有的母親都值得我們感恩，感恩他們給了我們生命，養(yǎng)育我們成長。

May we give praise and honor to our mothers and grandmothers this Sunday, and always.

Regarding school reopening, it was great to see RDFIS employees gathered on campus for COVID-19 testing this week. All tests were reported as “negative”—meaning no cases were found among the employees. We hope the same is true for you. We remind you to take the test and report the results to your homeroom teacher before returning to campus.

關(guān)于學(xué)校開學(xué)，很高興看到咱們?nèi)鸬酶W(xué)校的教職工在本周返回校園進(jìn)行了COVID-19核酸測試。所有的檢測報告都呈“陰性”，這意味著我們所有的教職工都是安全健康的。我們希望大家都一樣。溫馨提示：請同學(xué)們在回學(xué)校之前進(jìn)行核酸測試并將檢測結(jié)果報告給你的班主任。

Also, May 4–8 is “teacher appreciation week” in America. We encourage you to express gratitude to your teachers.

Moreover, when you come to school, many of you will have opportunities to learn and serve. Teachers nominated students to assist during ECA tutoring. We thank you in advance for your generosity in being willing to serve their fellow students.

Please prepare and bring back your uniforms, including polo, dress suit, and house shirt uniforms.

In addition, please bring textbooks, notebooks, calculators, musical instruments, and school supplies, as appropriate for each class.
