Key to the success of all well run schools is a strong administrative team. At MLIA – SZ we are fortunate to have four of the best. They have each worked tirelessly during these challenging times to ensure we are ready to reopen.

01.Ada

我是初小部秘書魏夢(mèng)锜，2019年10月從英國留學(xué)回來，專業(yè)是教育學(xué)碩士。

I am Ada. I am secretary of Primary and Middle School. I graduated from a university in the United Kingdom in October 2019 where I learned my MA in Education.

感謝深圳市楓葉學(xué)校提供給我第一份工作的機(jī)會(huì)，雖然我的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)并不豐富，但是我年輕有熱情，并且相信不久之后的自己，努力會(huì)發(fā)光，創(chuàng)造一番成就。

I would like to thank Maple Leaf International Academy-Shenzhen for offering me my first job. Although I do not have rich experience, I am young and passionate. At the same time, I believe that my efforts can help to create more achievements before long.

我最主要的工作內(nèi)容是落實(shí)好上級(jí)教育部門下發(fā)的文件通知，以及協(xié)助初小校長、教務(wù)主任完成日常工作。在這個(gè)疫情的特殊期間，從1月份到現(xiàn)在，我每天負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)計(jì)和上報(bào)數(shù)據(jù)以及落實(shí)相關(guān)的緊急政策。此外，我也重點(diǎn)關(guān)注從疫區(qū)及境外返深的教職工和學(xué)生。在即將開學(xué)之際，忙于準(zhǔn)備復(fù)學(xué)工作，一切的付出只為了給全體師生的健康和安全多一份保障。

My job is to complete documents for various education departments and assist the school leaders to complete their work. During this special period, I took charge of calculating and reporting data and implementing related emergency policies from January to now. Additionally, I also pay more attention to school staff and students returning from epidemic areas and abroad. Before the reopening of campus, I am busy preparing various school materials work only to ensure the health and safety of all staff and students.

空閑時(shí)候，我喜歡和朋友一起旅行、逛街，打卡各種喜歡的店，喜歡用照片記錄生活的美好和見證不斷優(yōu)秀的自己。

During my rest of time, I prefer to travel, go shopping and visit favorite shops with friends. I also like to take photos to record the happiness of my daily life and witness constant improvement in myself.

02.Lilian

我是初小教務(wù)處負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)籍及德育工作的干事徐小玲。不知不覺，即將在深圳市楓葉學(xué)校這個(gè)大家庭度過第二個(gè)年頭。雖然畢業(yè)于英語教育專業(yè)，但進(jìn)入社會(huì)后，我先供職于科技公司，負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目管理的工作。參與過訂單管理系統(tǒng)及解決方案項(xiàng)目，倉儲(chǔ)管理系統(tǒng)及解決方案項(xiàng)目和500強(qiáng)公司PMO團(tuán)隊(duì)工作等。持有項(xiàng)目管理類證書PMI-PMP和PMI-ACP。擅長項(xiàng)目管理和流程優(yōu)化，擁有豐富的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。對(duì)校園生活的向往和教育事業(yè)的熱情，我加入了楓葉。

I am Lillian, the secretary of moral education and registrar for the elementary and middle school. This is my second year in the MLIA-SZ family. Although I majored in English education, I worked in an IT company on project management when I graduated. I engaged in many projects, such as building the order and warehouse management system and providing corresponding solutions. I also worked in the PMO team for one top 500 IT company. I hold certificates of PMI-PMP and PMI-ACP. All these make me be good at project management and procedure optimization and a good team player. Out of a yearning for the campus and enthusiasm for education, I became a Maple Leafer.

楓葉教育作為中國基礎(chǔ)教育領(lǐng)域國際教育的領(lǐng)軍者，25年的辦學(xué)歷程已擁有成熟的模式和體系。其中深圳市楓葉學(xué)校定位為珠三角地區(qū)楓葉教育的旗艦之校。想到能和眾多來自五湖四海經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的教育實(shí)踐者一起工作，共同參與到學(xué)校的建設(shè)中，見證其從零到一的飛躍，一起探索教育的可能性，實(shí)在讓人很興奮!

As pacemaker of China’s international foundational education, Maple Leaf Education has developed mature models and systems in its 25 years of operation. And Maple Leaf Shenzhen aims to be the Maple Leaf flagship school in the Pearl River Delta. In this school, I have the chance to work with many experienced educational practitioners from all over the world, to take part in the school building, and to explore the possibility of education. That’s fantastic, isn’t it?

閑暇之余，或約上三五好友，漫步山野郊外;或到圖書館，音樂廳，美術(shù)館等文化場(chǎng)館做做義工;或到瑜伽館，舒展一下身體;或獨(dú)處一室，看看書，煲煲劇。

In my spare time, I like to go hiking with friends, or help at arts’ venues like the library or museum as a volunteer. Sometimes I will do Yoga to relax, or stay alone to read books or watch videos.

03.Eva

我叫Eva, 在楓葉工作已經(jīng)快一年的時(shí)間了。畢業(yè)于對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)，專業(yè)是英語口譯。現(xiàn)在楓葉擔(dān)任外事秘書，主要負(fù)責(zé)提供翻譯支持和外事方面的工作。

I am Eva. I have been working for Maple Leaf International Academy-Shenzhen for almost one year. I graduated from University of International Business and Economics with a degree in English Translation and Interpreting and now work as the Foreign Affair Secretary. I provide translation support and am in charge of all work related to Foreign Affairs.

我熱愛英語和翻譯。在楓葉這個(gè)國際化的大環(huán)境里，能看到自己的所學(xué)有所用，幫助各位外籍員工拿到相關(guān)的工作證，在中方和外方員工中通過翻譯搭建起溝通的橋梁從而提升工作效率，解決相關(guān)問題，令我感到非常自豪。

I love English and translation. It is a pleasure to see what I have learned being used. It is also my great honor to help all foreign employees get their related work permits in China and build a bridge connecting Chinese and foreign employees through translation with an aim to improve work efficiency.

在休息時(shí)間，我喜歡爬山等戶外活動(dòng)，希望等到疫情結(jié)束時(shí)，大家能夠脫下口罩，暢快地呼吸新鮮空氣。

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking and hope we can breathe the fresh air without masks when the epidemic ends.

04.Elina

我是Elina，在深圳楓葉校辦擔(dān)任人力資源方面的工作。我在楓葉工作2年了，在來?xiàng)魅~工作之前有過4年的人力資源方面工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。招聘最優(yōu)秀最適合的教師，能讓更多的學(xué)子因此受益，這便是我工作不竭的動(dòng)力。

I am Elina. I have worked in Human Resources at Maple Leaf International Academy-Shenzhen for 2 years and had 4 years of HR experience before joining Maple Leaf. Recruiting the best and most suitable teachers to benefit students is the greatest motivation for my work.

工作之余我會(huì)盡可能多的時(shí)間去陪伴孩子共同成長，我相信最好的愛是陪伴。

After work, I spend as much time as possible with my child as he grows up. I believe that the best love is being in each other’s company.
