為了孩子的教育,家長(zhǎng)們都提前安排好工作,有從香港過(guò)來(lái)的媽媽?zhuān)袕某霾畹刂苯于s回的爸爸,有攜手同來(lái)的父母,也有愛(ài)孫情深的爺爺奶奶。每個(gè)教室的屏幕上,都滾動(dòng)播放著孩子們?nèi)芤詠?lái)的各種活動(dòng)照片,伴著《We are the World(For Children)》音樂(lè),家長(zhǎng)們都受到了熱情歡迎。孩子的自信優(yōu)雅懂事禮貌讓家長(zhǎng)們老師們頷首稱(chēng)道。
They reschedule their work and tried their best to rush back to school for the parents’meeting.They were warmly welcomed by our dedicated and well-prepared teachers and confident and polite students.
劉校長(zhǎng)講話(huà)
家長(zhǎng)會(huì)于1:00正式開(kāi)始。首先由劉禮功校長(zhǎng)講話(huà),他從辦學(xué)特色、師資力量、課程體系和學(xué)生教育管理與服務(wù)及評(píng)價(jià)等方面介紹了學(xué)校,對(duì)廣大學(xué)生及家長(zhǎng)的信任和支持表示誠(chéng)摯的感謝。劉校長(zhǎng)在講話(huà)中與家長(zhǎng)分享了我校的眾多優(yōu)勢(shì),真誠(chéng)地?cái)[出我校的不足。劉校長(zhǎng)“在保證基礎(chǔ)的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展個(gè)性”,培養(yǎng)“身心好、會(huì)做人、善做事、能讀書(shū),個(gè)性足、特色明、視野闊、情懷遠(yuǎn)”的未來(lái)國(guó)際精英的辦學(xué)思路,對(duì)“根深中華,美綻世界”辦學(xué)理念的解讀,對(duì)IB PYP項(xiàng)目的介紹和對(duì) IB MYP項(xiàng)目的展望等都讓人耳目一新。劉校長(zhǎng)最后指出:“教育只有起點(diǎn)沒(méi)有終點(diǎn),我們永遠(yuǎn)在路上"。每個(gè)孩子對(duì)于家庭都是整個(gè)世界。我們一定想你所想,急你所急,用一雙手推動(dòng)搖籃,用一顆心親吻土地,用一腔情守望港灣?!闭嬲\(chéng)暖心的話(huà)語(yǔ)、莊嚴(yán)神圣的承諾受到與會(huì)家長(zhǎng)與師生的交口稱(chēng)贊。
The parents’ meeting started at 1:00 p.m.. The first part of it was Principal Liu’s speech which introduced our school from the perspective of features of our school, professional teaching team,course system andStudents’ education and management system.It also described many other parts of our programs like IB MYP.The speech was well acclaimed by both teachers and parents.
科任老師與家長(zhǎng)交流
隨后,分班家長(zhǎng)會(huì)。溫馨家園、精彩回放、優(yōu)秀集萃、知識(shí)提升、勵(lì)志祝福,一個(gè)一個(gè)的版塊,昭示著每一位優(yōu)秀班主任的愛(ài)心和功夫。“精彩回放”讓孩子們?nèi)苋A美生活的精彩瞬間在此定格!這是青春、奮斗的身影,看著孩子們?cè)趯W(xué)習(xí)上的專(zhuān)注、學(xué)生會(huì)競(jìng)賽上的朝氣、拓展訓(xùn)練中的蛻變,家長(zhǎng)們舒心地笑了!“勵(lì)志祝福”重拾我們的初心,堅(jiān)定了家校要共同努力的方向!“知識(shí)提升”三個(gè)年級(jí)分別以中小學(xué)銜接、防止分化、中西融合教育等為重點(diǎn),溝通交流。
The second part of parents’ meeting is done separately in different classes. Sweet home , vivid school life episode, excellent students, encouragement and blessings are the vivid section of headteachers’ introduction of the several weeks’school life of our kids. The communication was successful and parents were happy to witness our kids’ change.
認(rèn)真聆聽(tīng)
初中生正處于生理、心理迅速發(fā)展階段,由兒童走向成人,由幼稚走向成熟,人生觀、世界觀、價(jià)值觀處于萌芽發(fā)展時(shí)期。初中學(xué)段具有為孩子的當(dāng)前發(fā)展和今后乃至終生發(fā)展奠定良好基礎(chǔ)的作用、承上啟下的作用和保證孩子可持續(xù)發(fā)展的作用。所以,初中學(xué)段在孩子健康成長(zhǎng)和一生發(fā)展中是一個(gè)極為重要的階段。如何讓學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng),做父母的怎樣幫助孩子明確成長(zhǎng)目標(biāo)、學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)、自我完善的目標(biāo),從而讓他們認(rèn)識(shí)自我、悅納自我、發(fā)展自我、協(xié)調(diào)自我,使孩子發(fā)展成為一個(gè)健康、成熟而能自我實(shí)現(xiàn)的人?
Middle school stage is a special stage of life for Children ,which is a transition part from children to teenagers and plays an important part as well. How to make our children become healthy mature and self-accomplished ?

701班王均如家長(zhǎng)在會(huì)前曾寫(xiě)了一封致老師的信,信中中肯分析了孩子的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),表達(dá)了對(duì)華美培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的充分認(rèn)可,同時(shí)寄予了對(duì)孩子未來(lái)的滿(mǎn)心期待。701班班主任從書(shū)信入手,和家長(zhǎng)一起討論如何做最優(yōu)質(zhì)的教育,做最有品位的教育。

801班班主任,從各個(gè)方面對(duì)半期來(lái)表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生進(jìn)行了大力表彰。各種激勵(lì)也讓家長(zhǎng)明白,多一把衡量學(xué)生的尺子,就多一批優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生。并針對(duì)初二年級(jí)隨著科目增多、難度加大,如何防止分化,給予了科學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)方法的指導(dǎo)。
Headteacher of Class1, Grade8 praised excellent students in the first school weeks and encouraged our parents to look at our children from more perspectives and gave scientific guidance on how to help students get used to more subjects in the later study.

901班班主任,從新學(xué)期新面貌,高度贊揚(yáng)了開(kāi)學(xué)三周來(lái)孩子們可圈可點(diǎn)的努力,從“我要成為什么樣的人”“如何才能成為這樣的人”“家長(zhǎng)孩子該怎樣做”等三個(gè)維度,和家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行了交流溝通,從大國(guó)氣度希望家長(zhǎng)“放眼孩子的未來(lái),立足孩子的當(dāng)下”,希望孩子們“敬師敬長(zhǎng)敬課堂、立規(guī)立德立志向”,好風(fēng)憑借力,駿馬馳千里。并根據(jù)學(xué)生情況和家長(zhǎng)孩子一起觀看《鷹之重生》,激勵(lì)學(xué)生挑戰(zhàn)舊我、鑄就新我。同時(shí)向家長(zhǎng)推薦了蔡笑晚先生的《我的事業(yè)是父親》,像蔡笑晚先生一樣,把父母這個(gè)“事業(yè)”兢兢業(yè)業(yè)做好。
Headteacher of class 1, Grade9 praised students’ efforts in making a change in the first three weeks. She helped parents with methods on how to help our children set goals and what parents can do to help them and watch some encouraging educational short video clips.
互相交流
近三個(gè)小時(shí)的家長(zhǎng)會(huì)結(jié)束了,家長(zhǎng)們?nèi)匀徊浑x開(kāi),圍著老師詢(xún)問(wèn)著,交流著……他們就孩子的各種日常表現(xiàn)、學(xué)習(xí)以及生活習(xí)慣等等教育困惑與科任老師進(jìn)行了溝通,老師們用真摯、樸實(shí)的語(yǔ)言,生動(dòng)鮮活的例子,不厭其煩一一解答,給家長(zhǎng)們支招,指導(dǎo)家長(zhǎng)們?nèi)绾慰茖W(xué)的教育和管理孩子,為家長(zhǎng)朋友們提供了更多地教育理念和方法,老師們的真切的關(guān)愛(ài)深深地感染著在場(chǎng)的每一位家長(zhǎng),會(huì)場(chǎng)氣氛熱烈和諧。
The meeting lasted for more than three hours and was beloved my our parents and it helped build a bridge between parents and teachers and presented a lot of educating concepts and methods. The atmosphere was harmonious and parents were touched by our devoted teachers.
這次家長(zhǎng)會(huì),我們邀請(qǐng)所有科任老師、家長(zhǎng)及全體學(xué)生共同參與,并以“平等、民主、和諧”的“圓桌會(huì)議”式來(lái)展開(kāi)。家長(zhǎng)會(huì)是一座橋梁,一座架在學(xué)校與家庭之間的橋梁;家長(zhǎng)會(huì)是一道彩虹,一道連著學(xué)生的現(xiàn)在與未來(lái)的彩虹。沒(méi)有父母不愛(ài)自己的孩子,沒(méi)有父母不憧憬孩子有一個(gè)“青出于藍(lán)而勝于藍(lán)”的美好未來(lái)。他們含辛茹苦,甘于奉獻(xiàn);他們細(xì)心呵護(hù),樂(lè)于設(shè)計(jì);幾乎每一對(duì)父母都揣著夢(mèng)想上路,渴望“天生我材必有用”的神奇,期盼“小荷才露尖尖角”的早慧,更以“各領(lǐng)風(fēng)騷數(shù)百年”為其追求的目標(biāo)。讓我們懷著詩(shī)心與匠心行走在教育之路上,家校攜手,共同托起明天的太陽(yáng)。
All parents love their kids and all teachers wished that their students can grow up healthily and happily with a good command of knowledge.The meeting links the connection between school and parents and gives us a lot of confidence to join hands to help children become the future talents.
